Came out for estimate as scheduled. Listened very well to what we wanted. Did all the work in one day, including cleanup.

All the work has been timely and thorough. Tim has a great deal of expertise on plants and trees, and even made suggestions for the care of some trees I already had. He seemed really concerned that we'd be happy with our selections, and gave us a number of options to choose from. The men that installed the work were also very conscientious. I would hire them again without question, and in fact we are presently considering having additional work done and have asked Tim for a plan.

They do beautiful work. They give you a drawing and go over everything they are going to do with you.

They do wonderful work! I have used them before and have always been pleased. Tim does a terrific job of understanding the character of my house and doing appropriate landscaping for it. They do an outstanding job cleaning up after the project and leave everything looking beautiful!

The work went extremely well. Stoneleaf had to coordinate their schedule with a deck-building company that was installing a new deck over the patio. Stoneleaf was very easy to work with, even when they had to wait on the deck builders. There were some small changes that they cheerfully made as the job progressed (even though it was probably our lack of clarity that was to blame). Pat Hill created a detailed drawing and plan for the whole job before quoting; he made several revisions of the plan, incorporating our suggestions. His plan was very good, and it altered our original thoughts about how we wanted it to look. We actually built the deck based on his ideas rather than those of the deck company. We were very satisfied with the end result and plan to hire them for more work this year.

I received a very professional plan and estimate, Tim's plant knowledge was excellent, the work was done when scheduled, and so far, we've been very pleased. Although the job was small, his attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Pat is great - he provided a detailed plan and pictures of all the plants he was recommending. He was open to suggestions but also let me know if my suggestions would cause any issues. By the time we had settled on a final plan, it was right before we were going on vacation. When I expressed concern over that fact, Pat volunteered to water throughout the week we were gone. According to the neighbors, he was there several times and spent a good deal of time watering. After the landscaping was done, I had concerns over an area that seemed to collect water when it rained heavily and Pat came right out to remedy the situation. He also moved a large piece of stone at my request. I have had numerous people ask me who did my landscaping because they liked what they saw. This is the second time I've used this company. Stoneleaf also installed a paver patio for me last fall. I would definitely recommend them.

They were fine. They were efficient in the way that they handled giving me an estimate. They came out on time for the scheduled appointment.

I contacted them by email and they were very responsive and we made the appointment. They arrived on time and we talked about what I was looking for and spent about 20-30 minutes. They said they would draw up a plan and contact me again when they had an estimate. 5 months later and I never received an estimate. I don't chase after estimate. If a company indicates that they'll contact about an estimate then I expect them to contact me if they want my business.

Pat Hill came out and looked at our yard and asked what are needs and ideas were. Sent us a detailed drawing of a design. I also had two other companies give me their design ideas as well as an estimate. Pat's design was the best of the three and he is a very easy going and easy to communicate with person. I made a couple of changes in the plant selection, but overall went with his suggestions. Their price was also pretty much in line with the other 2 companies. They started work about 4 to 5 weeks later.Had a crew of two or three guys each day for 6 days to complete the work. The thing I liked best about the guys doing the work was that two of the guys were Pat's nephews. They weren't teenage kids either, they were adult young men that obviously had a great deal of experience with landscaping. Anytime I had any questions Pat was very willing to listen and work with me. He did make one change when I had a concern about a particular plant's space. He had his guys expand things a little which made a huge difference to me.

I have to tell you that I first got estimates for the landscaping and driveway in 2007. I got estimates from 3 companies, STONELEAF was the only one who really took the time to draw up a comprehensive plan. It was evident that they had spent time on their plan. So when I finally got ready to start the project I called up STONELEAF and asked them to come and up date the estimate for me. They were surprised I think that I called them back after all that time. I figured anyone who went to the trouble to draw up such a good plan should be the one to do the job. Pat came out and we talked over the plan again, he gathered samples, we made our choices and he put us on the schedule. They probably got started a week later than I thought they would but it was reasonable considering the weather plays a big part in their time line. They did a great job from start to finish, the crew was pleasant to work with and careful of my property. We made a few adjustments throughout the job and they were most willing to work with us until we were satisfied. At one point we felt more stones needed to be added to the drive way - it turns out that the amount we wanted to add was too much. STONELEAF came out removed the excess stone. I felt they did good work for a very fair price. We are very happy with their work, have gotten many compliments on the work they did and would not hesitate to use them again. A very positive experience.

I was happy with the price and the work, although it did not get started right away, which was not too much of an inconvenience for me. They were all very nice, they cleaned up after themselves well, and they were pleasant to work with.

One individual gave us an estimate on the spot (much higher than Stoneleaf's, although what he proposed was quite different from what we had done), but Pat Hill (Stoneleaf) came back about 10 days later with a detailed drawing of his proposal, including prices for each component of the project and an identification (and drawing) of each plant. My wife and I talked it over briefly, but there was really no choice. We were much more impressed with Stoneleaf and Jim's proposal. Jim is very eager to assist, but is not the least bit pushy. Doing business with him is a pleasure. The path and landscaping was done in a few days. Stoneleaf connected the new path to our main path, which I had done several years ago. Their work made my path look crummy, so I asked Jim to give me an estimate for replacing the other path. He did, and a few weeks later Stoneleaf replaced the old path. The outside of our house is beautiful. My only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. I imagine that there are those who would charge less than Stoneleaf, but I really doubt that you can get better value for the money. I intend to bring Stoneleaf back every year to keep the landscaping looking nice.

Provided a very clear executed drawings of the landscaping they were going to do. They were very nice and the price was very good for the quality of workmanship and the results. We asked them to remove some existing material and they were able to do that.

Very good experience. Quote included plans of the project, and Pat came by again before we agreed to have them do the work to discuss what plants we wanted and more details. Crew came by when we were away for 2 days and everything was done perfectly. No issues are reasons to follow-up work - and the outside all looks great!

They were excellent. Beautiful design work, very easy to have around when they were installing the patio, very respectful. The end result was beautiful, we have had it for a few years and it still looks great. I will use them again in the future. The plants they installed have done well through out the years.
