We have been customers for 20 years. We bought our first system approx. 1997. We liked it so well that when we sold our house, we moved it to our new home. By the way, both houses have city water. We have since had a second system installed. The soft water really helps our skin and hair - no more dry, itchy skin and bumps on upper arm are gone. Another bonus, you use less shampoo, laundry soap, etc. And the water tastes like water - tea and coffee taste much better. The most important thing is, from the girls in the office to the service techs, they are all about their customers and the products they sell and service. In 20 years, we have never had an issue or problem with anything or anybody. A top-notch company with top-notch employees! An added bonus is they offer plumbing services.

Great. We inherited the rather new system when we bought the house, but it had not been serviced for a couple of years. Puronics renewed the filtering medium, advised us on salt and assured us that all was in good order.

Showed up on time and performed the work described above. As always great service.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS POSITIVE. ANDY WAS VERY POLITE, WALKED ME THROUGH ALL OF MY OPTIONS, WAS ON TIME, AND DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS PROMISED. NO COMPLAINTS HERE.

THIS COMPANY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL. I SPOKE WITH A 'LIVE' PERSON, AS OPPOSED TO A MACHINE AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY. I WAITED SEVERAL DAYS AND THEN CONTACTED ANOTHER COMPANY.

INSTALLATION WAS FREE WITH PURCHASE. AARON AND DAVE WERE THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND COURTEOUS.
