This is the second year I've used Norman Pitzer for my firewood needs which says alot right there. When you find somebody reliable you stick with them. Norman takes great pride in his work and it shows. - Best quality firewood I have ever gotten - Most timely and reliable company I have found - Best buy for your money Know upfront you are getting pieces ranging from 12-24 inches in length with average of 17-18 inch. Both cords were dead on 16 feet X 4 feet high. I tried to get a discount for buying 2 cords but no go but still well worth it. Norman Pitzer has excellant customer skills prior, during, and even post sale follow-up. He isn't happy until you are happy.

Norman returned my called in less than 24 hours and arranged to meet with me at 11:00 a.m. He arrived early and was very open to listen what we needed done. He made several excellent suggestions as to how to better enhance the front yard. He is very courteous and extremely proud of the work he does. He told me he would be back with his crew to do the work and they arrived just as he promised - on time. Norman and his crew spent almost all day working on the yard. The yard looks beautiful. Several neighbors passed by and congratulated him and us for such a great job. Norman is extremely professional and cares about the quality of his work. i will be calling Norman and his crew again next year to mulch and landscape again.

Got a cord of wood delivered. It was a bit wet, and I will definitely spend the extra money next time on have them stack it instead of doing that myself

Norm and his team were very responsive with both getting the estimate and doing the work. I am so pleased with the outcome, we have already discussed items he will be assisting with me in the Fall.

Some business's say they aren't satisfied until you are - Norman actually means it. He follow-ups with you and won't accept payment until you are happy with his work - which is outstanding - clean, quick and very friendly.

Norm was great. Our new landscaping looks awesome!!!! Our neighbors cannot believe the price we paid for new beds, mulch, and edging. Anyone who needs new mulch, weeds pulled, bushes pulled, and/or edging completed should call Norm. You will not be disappointed!!

I read about Pitzer on Angie's list, called them, ordered the wood, and had it delivered and stacked within 24 hours. Remarkable in this day and age!

They delivered the wood the same day I called and dumped the wood where requested. The wood burnt well.

I called during on a day of heavy snow and thought I would have to wait a while before getting the wood. They called me later in the day to let me know they would be out the next morning. They came as promised and dropped the wood where I had asked with no problems. Good quality wood, good communication - I highly recommend them.

We have received two cords of wood so far from Norman this season. Both cords burned really well. We asked for nineteen-inch pieces to fit our stove, and about 99 percent were of the right size. In the second delivery, Norman gave us a little extra to compensate for the longer pieces that we had to chop to fit. We can't recommend this company highly enough; they even called after the deliveries to make sure we were satisfied. They are professional and conscientious and the wood burns great.

Awesome service, called on a Thursday afternoon and had the delivery Saturday morning. The office folks were polite and responsive, the delivery driver confirmed where I wanted the wood dumped, and they even called a couple days later to make sure the wood was burning fine. Great service, great employees!

Called them at about noon - they said they could deliver that afternoon. Came a few hours later and put the wood excatly where I asked them too. Very nice, well season firewood.

The quality of the firewood has been excellent. The delivery person checked in with us when he arrived and confirmed the spot where we wanted the wood to be dumped. He was on time, very courteous, and professional. A company representatvie made a follow-up call to us a few days later to make sure we were happy with the wood and their service. This is just the kind of company that we like to give our business to. We recommend them highly.

This is Angie's List at its best. After reading quite a few reviews of firewood providers, I selected Pitzer. My husband spoke on the phone with Norman Pitzer and the firewood was delivered within the hour. Mr. Pitzer called the next day to make sure everything was fine with us. The price was good, the service was outstanding and the wood itself burns nicely. We are very happy with this experience and recommend Pitzer to others.

This guy takes pride in what he does. He was very clear on the phone, did exactly what he said, contacted me to make sure he was dropping it exactly where I wanted it, and checked in afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. He delivered a full cord of good quality wood. I will definitely use him again.

I contacted Pitzer Landscaping on Monday and my firewood was delivered to my residence the next morning.. You can't beat that for service and, the firewood is the size that I needed. Great job!

It was a great experience - after checking around to some area companies, when I spoke to Pitzer, their professionalism and high ratings led me to select them for our firewood. I called them this morning to ask a few questions and get a price, which was very reasonable for a cord of wood (stacked). I asked to set up delivery and they were able to fit me in the same day, later in the afternoon. Norman was professional, on time and did a great job filling our shed with wood for the winter. The wood looks great, really dry, well seasoned wood that will burn perfectly in our wood stove. We also needed it to be 16" pieces to fit in our stove and they did a great job making sure it was all the right size. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

Wood provided was uniformly split and well seasoned. Fair price, accurate 1/2 cord, neatly stacked. Most satisfactory experience.

Individual handling the office was pleasant and professional and arranged for delivery on the following day. The individual handling the delivery promptly called in the morning and gave me the estimated time of delivery. Firewood was delivered 20 minutes later, An excellent job all around.
