Description of Work: It was a remote service to tune up my P.C. Every thing was on line. When he finished, The P.C. works great.

Description of Work: The service technician worked on my laptop remotely. I forewarned the service technician that my laptop was running extremely slow, hence the purchase of his service through this provider. The service technician was professional and pleasant. However, he essentially rushed through the service and said he only had two hours that I would get. However, that was not at all what the advertisement, promotion and product mentioned or stated that I purchased. I reiterated this to the service technician and he was reluctant but pushed ahead. In the end, he spent about 4 hours on the laptop doing a tune up and running system scans. Then he prematurely ended one of the system scans that he had running on my laptop as he felt there were no viruses to be found and ultimately that my computer was going too slow and he had to go. Again, the service technician was professional and pleasant, however he rushed and was not at all thorough so therefore I would not purchase again from this provider.

Description of Work: The provider was very easy to deal with and very punctual. He called and we agreed on a date. His call to begin work was right on time. He worked on my computer for about an hour plus. There were some improvements in the operation of my desk top but no real increase in speed. I'm not sure if I would use this service again but at this price it is well worth a try so I would recommend him for other customers. The overall ratings is based on the actual performance of my machine. Your experience could be much better.

Description of Work: Got rid of virus. Very responsive & fast

Description of Work: My computer was running slowly and doing strange things. He "took control" of the keyboard, worked at it for about a half hour and got it up to speed. He had found a virus on it, eliminated the virus and just speeded up all of the operations. He was on time, punctual, accommodating and very pleasant. And, most important, my computer is running like a charm. I've stored this number for future use. I never had to leave my home for this repair. What a pleasure!
