Description of Work: Removed virus and cleaned up some junkie stuff off computer. It took approximately 30 minutes. Which was questionable to me since in Angies advertisement it states you'll receive two hours of service. You really need to change that to read, up to two hours. I guess it went o.k. my computer is older.

Description of Work: He was to tune up my home computer, remotely. Very hard thing to 'rate'. It seemed to run a bit faster afterwards, and locked up less often. I watched as he worked, but not knowing a lot about that sort of thing...I really don't know how thorough he was. I did think I was paying for 2 hours, and had hoped he could look at my laptop as well. He said it was for just one unit.

Description of Work: Anthony was prompt, courteous and professional. The cleanup removed all unnecessary icons, links and other unnecessary items, and cleared out my start-up. Before the cleanup, my computer was fairly bogged down; start-up took at least a minute. Afterwards, start-up took less than half that time and new Internet pages are active within seconds. I am very satisfied with the results.
