Description of Work: My computer had a lot of issues. I ended having to take it to Apple store. I honestly don't know how well he did. He was polite, pleasant and I have no complaints

Description of Work: Basically, I had a laptop computer that had annoying pop-up adds that would cover the screen with each start up. Nothing I tried was successful in getting rid of these pop-ups. PCPC Support performed a remote computer service which took care of the problem. I was very happy with the result and it unfolded exactly how they described. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Description of Work: The ad made it sound like it was a local company. Not so, he was many states away. By phone, he took over my computer, seemed trustworthy, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. I saw no results in my computer's efficiency after his 'work'.

Description of Work: Ordered a PC tune-up to try to fix my laptop and speed the response time up. Received a quick response and an appointment time was set up for them to access my computer. The process took less than 1 1/2 hours. I was very satisfied with the initial process. However, I contacted them approximately ten days later because of another problem I felt I was having that appeared to be related. I have yet to hear back from them and that has been five days.

Description of Work: My only reason for probably not using him again is two fold. 1, I bought a new computer and probably won't need services,I hope. 2, It was a bit distracting having his children playing in the background. I think he was very knowledgeable too bad my computer had a fatal flaw.

Description of Work: The provider called at the specified time and proceeded with computer cleanup. He did some extra maintenance that he didn't normally provide, but was able to solve a problem I had with a Service Pack update. I appreciate the extra time he spent with me and my computer now works as it should. I would use his services again in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a 1-yr remote repair plan for my laptop. Scheduling the service was simple and I was contacted as scheduled for service. Anthony called and instructed me on what to do so he could access my laptop remotely. I didn't have to stay on the phone the entire time like I've had to do with other service providers in the past, which was a big plus. He just called if there was something that I had to physically do to the computer. Once he was done, he scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following Monday to see how it was running. At that time I informed him of some issues with sluggishness so he did some additional work on it. It is now working a lot better and once I am able to back up everything, he is going to do a complete reset to correct the issues caused by the incredible amount of spyware that I had. So far, this seems to have been a good investment and I'm considering purchasing the same plan for my desktop. It's like having my own personal tech support.

Description of Work: Made sure that my computer was running the best possible. I had an issue a couple days later and Anthony looked into it for me. Turned out was something I had added after the appt. and told me how fix at no charge. A few days later he called to check and make sure it was ok. Computer is running great! Not sure why but even the battery is working twice as long. Great work!

Description of Work: Our computer was infected with a lot of pop-up malware and all that goes with it. He called promptly, took remote control of the computer and cleaned out all the malware. We were very happy. I don't remember the exact cost but it was inexpensive and worth every cent. We would recommend this service.
