Description of Work: Took control of my computer and blacked out the screen so I did not see what was done. Was supposed to make my machine faster and remove any malware, one of my problems is that the computer starts itself and then does not shut off. These issues still remain.

Description of Work: Fixed problems w my home computer by remote from their location. They fixed most of the errors but my antivirus software continues to say that there are viruses in hidden files. I can't say that they wouldn't have gone back and fixed this problem as well because I failed to follow-up. I paid additional money to make sure my wireless network was configured securely. They assured me that it was, but I continue to get an error from my antivirus software about this as well. I wasn't completely satisfied, but they may have provided additional help if I requested it.
