I liked the technician that worked on my computer, and he was able to do everything over the phone. He called me right when he said he would. He was able to do the job in the allotted time he said. He explained what he was doing to my computer for me to better understand. I felt the price was just right and he was truthful about my computer.

He kept me updated T/O. Unfortunately it turned out to be a fried motherboard. He was able to provide a basic working Win7 replacement computer.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was satisfied but not overly so. I paid an additional $49.99 because I had them do another computer. He called me at the appointed time and said what he had to do. He said it would take about half an hour or so and he would call me back and he did. I was kind of left with the feeling that I could have done this myself. I would use the programs and do it myself in the future.

They cleaned it up sufficiently enough to where I can get to what I need to. He was knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful.

He found viruses and malware that he was able to remove, and that alone helped the performance some. When he was done, I was getting much better response time and no more system errors so far. His expertise is greatly appreciated. If I have future questions or purchase queries, he offered to help me out with those. Overall, this was a very good experience and I learned quite a bit from Anthony..

I purchased the "deal" the last day it was offered. Anthony called me on Sunday to make an appointment. We settled on today (1/15/14). He called me and asked if we could delay the call for a couple of hours; I had no problem with that so we changed the time. He was able to call me an hour before the later time and I was available so he explained what he planned to do and then connected remotely. He did explain that 90% or more of his work was accomplished remotely. I'd previously read a review from Cincinnati and mistakenly thought he was located here in Cincinnati. His site clearly shows a Columbus, Ohio location but I thought it was a "home office address". At any rate, he WAS able to accomplish everything remotely and tuned up the PC. He removed all problem programs, viruses, malware, (etc.). When he was finished he called to ask if I had any questions (which I did and which he answered promptly and clearly) and said I could call him if I had further questions. I will definitely call Anthony again. I appreciated his patience and his sense of humor. I especially appreciated his understanding, particularly when I wasn't very clear trying to explain some of my issues. He also explained their service plan which I found very attractive and plan on purchasing at a later date.

I had tune-ups completed on both mine and my wife's computer. Our computers work very well now. I am satisfied with the deal.

The phone call went very well. I appreciate the patience and knowledge I received and was told to call them if I have any questions. Unfortunately I misunderstood that the service would be done over the phone bacause I cleaned my house. LOL

I was ready to throw my computer out the window, it was so darn slow and a little box that said "explorer has stopped working" was popping up several times a day. I took advantage of Angie's deal, talked to Anthony on the phone and set up a time for him to work his magic remotely. He is one of the nicest, most professional service techs I have ever had to deal with. He solved my problems quickly, calmed my fears, and I am no longer swearing at my computer all day. He told me to call if I have any future problems or questions. I will certainly do so. Thank you Anthony, you are just wonderful.

This was the best $49.99 spent in recent times. My computer operated slowly and was full of potential problems. Anthony did a great job of cleaning up the bugs and installed a new antivirus program, all of which has resulted in faster operation. Now I can postpone buying a new computer. This one works just fine.

Anthony was very nice when I spoke with him and apologized for the fact that it wasn't clear that the Big Deal was for remote service. He said he was sure he could improve our computer's performance, however my husband wasn't comfortable with the idea of remote service which is why we cancelled the deal.

My experience with Anthony and 1866techhelp was very good. I called on Wednesday morning and Anthony was prepared to help me that afternoon, but I was going to be out. We set up an appointment for Friday at 11:30, he called me right on time. He asked that I go to a website so that he could repair my computer remotely. That worked out well, with little or no intervention on my part. Anthony found a number of virus's go rid of them and then advised me on obtaining better antivirus software. After we had finished up and I paid (online very simple), I did have to call back as the new antifvirus software found a couple more things and he was happy to still assist me. Anthony is a friendly tech owner that doens't use a bunch of computer garble, speaks in English and really seems to want to assit the customer.

He tried to fix the problem over the internet but since the browsers were acting up he couldn't. I offered to bring the computer to him but he insisted on coming to the computer. He had the issue solved in about 20 minutes and did not charge for the travel. He did this on a Saturday! Good job!

I've engaged the services of numerous computer repair firms over many years, but never re-engaged any of them because of my dissatisfaction with the results they produced. When major problems developed with 2 of our computers, I decided to more thoroughly research providers on Angie's List. I selected Anthony Watson's company because his was the only one with a 100% reviewer's satisfaction rating. I phoned him over the weekend to discuss my issues and was pleased he could be available to come to my home first thing Monday to diagnose the problems we were experiencing. My fear was that neither the laptop nor the desktop would be repairable at an affordable cost. Anthony arrived when he said he would and determined that my wife's laptop had suffered internal damage due to a water spillage. The desktop had a badly damaged hard drive which was not repairable. He advised he could fully restore the laptop, while the desktop would need either a new or rebuilt hard drive, the latter costing half as much as a new one. He recommended a rebuilt one, given the age of the computer. He advised the work on both needed to be done at his facility, but that he could complete it and return both computers to my home in 2 days at a cost far less than I was fearing. Anthony was true to his word, returning on Wednesday with the 2 fully restored computers which are now running like new. He carefully explained the work that had been done and tested the performance of both before leaving. I found him to be an exceptionally knowledgeable, hard-working and honest man, one whom I can fully entrust to take good care of us in the future. His monthly service contract is especially attractive as well and we are also signing up for it.

I called Anthony and he answered right away. I told him about my problem and then I asked how much would the service from him would cost. He gave me 2 options, which were great and I chose the long term one because I have a older laptop. He immediadely asked me if it was ok that he take control of my laptop and knowing he would be honest I said yes.( Had a very bad experence long time ago so this was the most important part for me.) Then he took control and said right up front I had been hijacked. So, now the work began and it only took about 1 hour to fix the mess. I have called him several times after that day to ask for computer advise: I am older and still learning how this wonderful piece of equiptment works. He got back to me right away and he even got a part for me that it needed. That was so great because that kept me from ordering some part that might not have been what I needed. We worked out the problems over the phone. Everything fixed very professionally & in a very short time.

Once I called and put the request in, they came out with in the hour. He was professional & knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. I explained I needed my computer serviced immediately because I have a paper due. They really came through.

It went very well. I called Anthony Sunday morning and he scheduled me at 12:30. I got a call about 10:30 saying he was free to come early and I accepted. Anthony asked what was going on with the system. I gave him a brief history and he knew the problem right away and fixed the issue and my system is running better than every. I would recommend Mr Watson for any issues you may be having. Very Professional. I appreciate dealing with people like Anthony.
