Anthony took control of my PC remotely and had it cleaned up and running great in an hour. I had to leave and when I came back it was ready to go. I re contacted Anthony the following week and had him install a security program that was much cheaper than the one I was running.

Anthony was very responsive, professional and timely with his help even though I had to contact him the second day with a problem that wasn't resolved. He corrected the majority of things wrong except for a couple of my issues. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process.

He tried very hard to get my computer repaired. He found it to be a computer issue not a internet problem. I would recommend him.

Anthony did a tremendous job in seeing the issue to the end. On several occasions we tried to connect remotely to my laptop but after several days of trying, he was able to finally able to access my computer. He was relentless until he found the solution. Anthony was absolutely respectful and knowledgeable. My computer runs much faster and I saved his number in my phone. I will definitely come back to him for other issues when I encounter them.

My computer was running very slowly and it does not work any better, if not slower. He was very nice however.

Service call and work went very well. Technician arranged to conduct service during a convenient time in a very busy schedule. Technician was personable, knowledgeable and excellent conversationalist as he explained what the issues were and how he planned to resolve the issue. Technician was very thorough.

The contractor was very friendly when we connected by phone and determined that the problem I was having required an on-site visit that was impossible, as he was in a different state.

He called when he said he would. He gave me clear, concise directions to turn my computer over to him. He remotely tuned up the computer in about an hour's time. He answered all of my questions patiently and clearly so that I could understand. He was pleasant, polite, and friendly.

Called provider. Was able to perform the service later the same day. Called back when he said he would call back. Our computer problems were solved and the computer was running smoothly

It went very well, quick and painless. I wasn't comfortable doing my taxes until my computer was cleaned out, but I am in the process of doing them now. I would use them again if I needed to.

I purchased 2 Big Deal's which was for 2 hours of professional computer or technical service labor making the purchase for 4 hours of service. I was contacted promptly by Anthony to schedule the service but was informed that it was to be a remote service not an in house service. The fine print did not indicate it would be a remote service but stated "Deal is for up to two hours of technical support in one visit and is for labor only". I expected an on site visit when I purchased this deal. Anthony called promptly at the scheduled time and I granted him access to the computers remotely. We discussed the issues I had been having with the computers and he went to work installing and running Malware bytes & Super Anti-Spyware programs on the computers. The cleanup was completed in 1 hour. When I started to ask him for assistance on other issues he explained that I had only purchased a service for a tune-up or clean up and he did not have time to go into these other issues with me. Note I still had 3 hours of tech support time left at this point. After arguing about the fine print in the Big Deal offer he did spend another 30 minutes answering some of my questions about networking and a couple of miscellaneous questions. I am disappointed about the misrepresentation of the Big Deal and the service that was actually provided. I have not had enough time to test to see if all of the pop-ups and annoyances are gone that I believe he fixed but I am trusting that they are and if not I will update this review. If this service had been an on-site visit I had many other questions regarding networking and printing I would have liked to have answered and instead I got a basic 1 1/2 hours of clean up service but thought I had purchased 4 hours of technical support.

I had a mixed experience. The session lasted longer than I thought it would. I was having problems getting some basic programs like Word and Excel to open and work so I called them back. We tried for 30-40 minutes to restore programs but it was getting late and a Friday night so the representative I was speaking with needed to go. He suggested some things for me to try on my own and told me I could call back if it didn't work. I tried those things but they didn't work, so I called back and talked to someone for 30-40 more minutes but finally got it all straightened out.

I spoke with Anthony at HelpTech sometime in Jan 2014. He failed to arrange a job date here and did not follow up. I am very disappointed & don't want to pursue the matter'

At first I was unsure how remote service was going to work but once I started talking with Anthony and working with him I was very pleased with his service. I found him knowledgeable and patient. He solved computer problems that have haunted me for over a month and numerous hours of trying to solve them myself, in our two hour session. I would use his services again. I must add a comment concerning Angie?s List. I would not normally use an out of town computer service because of the cost and not knowing who is handling my computer but due to Angie?s List recommendation and problem resolution policy, I took a chance on a company they recommend and was pleased I did.

I purchased "Angie's Big Deal " for computer service. Anthony sent a message that he needed my phone number to contact me. He called me and we made an appointment for the next week. I was surprised when he told me everything would be done remotely. I never experienced this before but, decided to give it a try. He called as scheduled and got to work immediately. He was very pleasant and patient with me. I am not very computer savvy. He answered my questions thoroughly. He installed a different type of e-mail system he thought would be easier for me. I'm still trying to get used to it. He said my Internet Provider needed to answer some of my questions because they were associated with their system. Anthony said if I have future questions to call and he would answer my questions as long as it didn't require remote access. II so, I would have to sign up for another session. I realize that I am not a computer expert and probably never will be. After this experience, I will probably need more hands on assistance. Overall this was a pleasant and helpful experience.

I was not impressed with the deal. I have only utilized one of them but I don't see a difference in my computer. I thought the man was going to come to my home but he did not. It made the process difficult for me because I wanted to show him the different things I wanted done. He was very responsive but the results were poor. Overall, I was disappointed with the deal.

I Thought it was still a little Slow so I called Andrew Back and he was very Helpful

,He told me how to reset the laptop since it had crashed then he proceeded to work on it, cleaning out malware, viruses and just did a fantastic job. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop but Anthony has got it running beautifully.....thanks so much.

Things went quite nicely on one pc. The second pc was more of a challenge. There is a relatively new issue with the pc that prompted me to sign up for the big deal - attaching files to emails or searching directories is taking an inordinate time. Anthony tried to pinpoint the problem trying numerous approaches, but at the end of the day he was not successful. Some possible solutions he was not able to implement remotely - he needed to be in front of the pc which wasn't an option since he was working remotely from another city. Although not entirely successful, I give Anthony credit for his diligent efforts to get to the root of my problem. He certainly went above and beyond what I expected.
