I got an e mail from Anthony the same day that I purchased the service,. I called and we set up and appointment for the following week. Anthony was on time and all set to work on my computer. He logged into my system and took it from there. There were a lot of things going on and he took the time to listen to the problems and was able to correct everything. My computer actually works better now than the day I bought it. I would definitely use 1866HELPTECH.com again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know that needs work on their computer.

It went very well. I didn't any problems at all. They returned my calls right away.

The Big Deal was applicable only for PCs, not Macs which is what I have. Nonetheless, they were super nice, very responsive, and most accomodating.

HAD SEEN ANTHONY'S NAME ON YOUR WEBSITE AT AN EARLIER DATE AND DECIDED TO CALL HIM WHEN I REALIZED I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY COMPUTER. HE WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND I FELT HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE WITH ME AS WE WENT THROUGH ISSUES.HE DID NOT MAKE FEEL "STUPID" WHEN NOT KNOWING COMPUTER TERMS,ETC. WE ACTUALLY WORKED ON THREE (3) COMPUTERS AND TWO (2) DID HAVE ISSUES. HE HAS CLEARED THAT UP FOR ME AND I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN!!

I did not pay anything additional. They were very professional, they did the work they said they were going to do, they were able to do it quickly, and didn't require much of my participation. The price was good and compatible to what is offered out there.

nothing happen to my laptop still freeze so at the time its late already so I gave u everthing I need my refund.why u guys me a hassle just refund my money u never do anything about it.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. They came the next day. There were no additional charges. He communicated very well and he emailed me back immediately within a fairly short time. It went very smooth. I had other issues but it didn't have to deal with him. I could only buy the Big Deal one time so I had to go through somebody else for the other issues. He was very good. I would absolutely use him again.

Anthony was just great and patient with me. He was able to work on my problem at the time I called. The new security program is going to be better than Norton. I as so relieved. No more worries. Everything is up and running just peachy. You will love Anthony. Use him.

Provider responded promptly to arrange an appointment to remotely tune up my computer. He called promptly at the scheduled time and took control of my computer remotely. He then cleaned up unneeded files and removed any viruses. For an additional $40.00, I also purchased a better computer virus program from him. He is available for future consultations for a monthly fee or per service call. Computer runs great now!

It worked out well. Once I do make a request for help it takes awhile for them to get back to me. I ask them a questions and most times it works well, but like I said, sometimes it does take awhile.

It was long and there were many challenges but Anthony taught me a lot about computers along the way. I will tell you this. The router was not working at one time and many other major things happened that would have had me give up about an hour earlier. But Anthony, no way. He was fighting until it was not only done but done RIGHT and PERFECTLY and that is what makes HELPTECH.com such a great company! Anthony was very helpful and professional. My computer was a mess and he fixed it as good as new. I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I have told several people about him and many of them are interested in having him work on their computers also. Anthony was great. We set up an appointment for him to take control of my computer over the internet and it took him about an hour to have it running like new. My laptop was infested with malware and spyware and was running so slowly that I was contemplating going out and buying a new one. Thanks to Anthony and his service I saved hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is pulling their hair out over a slow computer.

He was so kind and patient. Never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time or getting frustrated, although I know it was and he had other appointments. Total time it took from start to finish was 3 hours. My computer wouldn't even start up before we started and he walked me through all the steps to allow him to remote in and then fixed all my computers issues. For an additional fee he downloaded a really good anti virus for his cost and didn't mark up the price. I would highly recommend t them to anyone! If there is ever another issue we will be calling him. My computer works great now and haven't had any problems in 2 weeks. This was well worth the $49.00 for the service and the additional $49.00 for the anti virus software. If you have any problems with your computer I wouldn't hesitate to call them!!!!

anything I had tried.me during that process.Dave called promptly at our scheduled time and asked me a series of questions to try to determine what issues I was having with my laptop. After that accessed my laptop remotely and proceeded to run his usual cleanup routines. During that time we would be on the phone on and off as he needed t ask more questions or to execute a task on my side. During the course of the tune up he removed some programs I had downloaded (all free and internet accessible) and added a couple he preferred for malware and spyware detection and prevention. After a couple of hours it became clear that the problem on my laptop could not be solved by his typical diagnostics so we discussed the next steps where he gave me an option to purchase a more advanced diagnostic for an additional $35. I went ahead and purchased the additional work. Soon after that it became evident that I had to reload Win 7 in order to resolve the problem which also would cause me to lose all of my files. Luckily I had a recent back up so that was not a major issue although it was a pain just the same. Dave talked me through the restore the best he could since he could not be online with me during that process. He asked me to call him back if I had any issues but I managed to get Windows restored and my software reloaded with little difficulty. The best lesson learned is to back up your computer on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend 1866HELPTECH.com and would use them again.

This was a great experience. I got my computer working better than it has in a long time and never had to leave the house. The technican was very knowledgeable and took the time time to explain different things about my computer to me. I am far from a computer expert so his information was very helpful to me. I will most certainly use this provider in the future for all of my computer needs!!

Fantastic. In less than an hour it was done. Computer was cleaned and is working as good as new. He answered all questions and made some suggestions to keep the computer running effieciently.

The technician was very good. He came out twice. I really liked him and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. I was actually looking for someone to come to me, but he was a remote guy. However, he did end up coming to my home for me anyway. He is allergic to cats and I have 2 so I do not believe he will be able to make it back to my home in the future. I would recommend this company to others.

I had purchased a coupon for his services and called to make the appointment. Andrew was very cooperative when I had to change the appointment once. On the day of the appointment he called, I gave him permission to enter my computer and told him of several problems I had been having. He fixed them very quickly and was very professional and polite. He then told me to complete close my computer to be assured that our connection was completely broken.

It went well. He was very very helpful and my computer is running much much better after the service. I was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend his service.

Within 1 Hour all the issues I had been plagued with for weeks were corrected. He is great to work with. Very professional.
