Description of Work: I am a small business owner that works from home. I needed my desktop, laptops, ipad, and cell phone set up to access and share important business and personal information, programs, and accounts. Although somewhat knowledgeable regarding computers, I needed help getting these devices to access and share what I wanted. Anthony and helptech assisted me in accomplishing these goals by providing remote and onsite support. He removed unnecessary programs, installed new software, and configured my devices to work seemlessly together. He provided operational training that will allow me to access data stored on one device, from another. When I decide to upgrade services or make any other changes to my "network," Anthony @ 1866helptech will be the first computer service company I call.
