The Oakland Nursery is extremely professional and do an excellent job. I was completely satified.

We have worked with them before and haven't had any problems with there trees or any of there products. They have really good customer service.

We have been using them for about four years now. They charged $8000 for the job. We like them because they always come out with the same crew. They come out on a timely basis. They do their work quickly and efficiently. The yard looks very good when they are done.

They are great. They have almost anything we want; they are very complete. We have had a good experience with them. Their customer service is good. They really know their stuff; that is why we like them.

Their service and response was not very good. They did come out and it took them about a month and a half to give us an estimate. My wife called them with some questions about the estimates and never got back any response. They didn?t get back to us at all. They delayed for a long time to give us the initial estimate. They didn?t charge us anything and it was a free estimate. We did compare the price that they charged from others later on. They were punctual in the beginning and they weren?t later on. Their professionalism was okay. We are not going to use them for the current project, but we would consider them if they come up with a decent price in the future.

I had a good experience working with Oakland Nursery. They were very professional. I like their guarantee on their products. I was pleased that they offered a senior discount. I give them all A's for their services.

They helped her, gave suggestions, and really listened to her description of how she wanted her yard and provided everything she needed.

They are a big nursery and are very well known in the area. They?ve been very competent and my husband and I are very happy and satisfied with their work. We always call them back if we have more work to do.

They have the ability to give me information and they have a great variety and a lot of trees. They always have people who help me make smart decisions on what to use and what to stay away from. They provide excellent information. I will absolutely use them again. They were very punctual with delivery.

They did a great job! They were prompt, they drew a design and did exactly what they said they would do, and were professional. They replanted my existing shrubs at no extra cost. I had paid for smaller bushes but they had larger bushes available and brought them out and didn't charge me extra.

They never showed up or called. I was really disappointed.

Long story short, he used the wrong type of seed when applying application and also had all of the seed along the outer edges and little or none in the center of yard. (see photos) First picture shows type of match I was after, all other pictures show what I got instead. I should have not paid the bill in full, as Warner and Oakland Park Nursery will not return any calls or emails. They did a great job and managed to totally ruin the final stage of the job. My overall experience with them was very good, but we had a little miscommunication problem and was ultimately solved. They did an excellent job and it is nice and straight. Their price was better than the other two estimates I got.

Overall, it was great. The start of the major work was delayed due to weather. They weren't very proactive with communication but were very honest each time I called to check for a start date. Once the work started, there were no problems at all. Healthy plants went in according to design and the paver patio was installed quickly and with high quality. The fire pit is beautiful!

Came at my convenience and did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. Left me with all information I would need to keep trees and bushes healthy. Gave me discount on package deal.

Mike of ON provided me with a basic landscaping improvement plan with some options; fee for plan was $80.00; actual work was implemented about 6 weeks later; work of ON crew took about 3 days and was nothing short of perfect. Start to finish was very easy. The project went as well as it did because Mike created a a very good plan and the crew assigned to the work was meticulous. This is far and away the best experience I have had with a landscaping company in Columbus.

Four men were here early in the morning and worked very hard until after 6 o'clock in the evening. They were professional, did the job, and did it well. We were, and are, very satisfied with the results.

They came out when promised. Very professional and did an excellent job.
