Randy our salesman was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers were very good as well.

Pete Armstrong, sales person, was very helpful and responsive.

We met Pete at the retail location in Powell and he was very helpful and discussed all the options that were available to us. Once we decided on the flooring, they were very accommodating in setting up a time between Christmas and New Year's so we could be there through installation. Pete made a few trips to our home to review the samples with us and to prepare estimates. They were extremely competitive and actually about $2k less than a competitor that we also received and estimate on similar flooring. Pete was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process and actually assisted us in obtaining a contractor to trim the cabinet above our refrigerator and to trim our doors around the area where the tile was laid. We have a loose tile and some additional grouting that needs to be done however that is scheduled and Pete made sure to have a work order put in for the additional work which is scheduled for next week. We are thrilled with the flooring!

Good experience with Bill Kline. Knows his business. Price was competitive and they do negotiate. We checked other places. Installers worked quickly and professionally.

They had very experienced installers. The metal strip which goes between the room and the hard surface is very narrow. Its really hard to find strips for this area, but they were able to. They did everything to make us happy. We were glad they were willing to do this for us.

We choose Levis off of a recommendation and with the desire to work with a local company near our house. The sales process was very good. Dan, our sales rep, was great DURING THIS PROCESS, allowing us to take home sample after sample after sample. He even called us to inform us of a sale they were having. So that was great. Then the installation was another story. The installers showed up late, left earlier, didnt finish the job in the time they said there were going to do it in and didnt clean up after themselves when they left. I had to take two days off of work so they could finish the job and when I called to express my frustration with this I was given a difficult time about it. I thought after spending $4500 on carpet, they would be a little apologetic about the situation. Overall it worked out. we love our carpet and would probably use them again.

They did the job on time. They were professional and it looks great.

STOPPED IN AND TALKED TO MARK. HE SHOWED US SEVERAL CARPET TYPES, AND WE TOOK A FEW SAMPLES HOME TO MATCH TO THE PAINT. WE WENT BACK IN WITH OUR SELECTION AND SCHEDULED A TIME FOR MARK TO COME OUT AND MEASURE. HE DID THAT, THEN I WENT IN TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLATION WENT VERY WELL. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY TOOK ONLY 1/2 THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE WHEN WE SCHEDULED. MARK THE SALESMAN WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AND KEPT ON TOP OF THINGS.

Not good at all, I felt no further need to pursue business with this store.

I would hire them again, they did a very good job for me.

The guy who installed it was great, I even fed him. I have recommended them already and would recommend them again.

The sales representative was very patient with our carpet selection and waiting for the right time for us to purchase. The installers were prompt and friendly.

I called them about five days later I had the whole house carpeted. Very pleased. Their price was $1000 cheaper than any other company. The installers did an excellent job.

I had a good experience with the salesman. The linoleum was installed very quickly and looks wonderful. I can't say enough good about that part of the service. The carpet was another matter. It took a week to install 2 rooms. The salesman was to give me a discount because of the long time. I think they might have taken advantage of the fact that no one was living there. It was nice of Rick, the salesman, to be on my side during the whole thing.

Very satisfied with the product. The salesman immediately steered me to two products on sale. He was on time to do measuring. Installers got the job done in a timely manner, were careful of the furniture and did a nice job of cleanup. Problem- the salesman over-ordered and we had two full boxes of wood leftover. I contacted the salesman to return 1 of the boxes which cost approx. $72/box. He indicated that I would get a check from the co. For the $72 in the mail. The check arrived for $53. I was told that there is a re-stocking charge. I complained that as I wasnt responsible for the measuring and ordering I shouldnt be required to pay a restocking fee. I would assume that Levis would eat this charge when measuring is incorrect. The salesman said that since this was such a big order, the store would pay me the balance when they acquire petty cash as a second check cant be issued. His has been a couple of weeks and I havent heard more.

I visited the Hilliard store, and worked with salesman Dave Smalarz. He came to measure for hardwood floors in my family room and dining room. He was prompt/pleasant and accurate in his estimation of materials needed for the project. He set up installation the following week. Hardwood was delivered 3 days before project to be started. Delivery man was polite. On job day, a supervisor and two installers came on time, for the 2 day project. The installers stayed on the job and worked well and finished at the estimated time and did a great job. The supervisor came back at job completion, and inspected and helped load truck. They cleaned up the site well, and hauled away all the old carpet and waste materials.

We were very happy. Everything was very professionally done, and the quality of the work and materials was good. Joyce, the salesperson, was very professional. They also recommended a good handyman. They were responsive to calls.

Salesman was great. This company is more expensive than others. I think they add in charges/services that may not be necessary. Installers are subcontractors & do not work for Levis, so they don't have a lot of control over them. The 1st one came out & decided he didn't want the job after looking it over. That meant I had to take off work a 2nd day to meet another installer. He was absolutely worth waiting for. He did a beautiful job.

The service rep was Anita Cain, and when she came over and gave us the estimate, she told us that if we waited about two weeks to install the carpet, there was going to be a sale. She saved us about $450. The man who came out was named Shawn, and he did a great job installing it. My wife was very happy, which is the main thing. Everything went smooth- they came out, did a great job, and cleaned everything up. I have nothing to complain about.

They took care of the problem without any delay, and the work was done well, in a location that would show if not handled properly.

THE INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROMPT BOTH DAYS OF THE INSTALLATION. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT, YOU CANNOT SEE ANY SEAMS AT ALL. THE INSTALLERS WERE CAREFUL TO CLEAN UP. THERE WERE SOME CHALLENGES FOR THEM WITH MOVING FURNITURE BECAUSE OF THE SIZE OF THE FURNITURE & LIMITED SPACES, BUT YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ADDITIONALLY, THE SALESMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN PICKING OUT THE CARPET & EVEN DID THE MEASURING THE SAME DAY SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO MEET HIM LATER THAT WEEK.

THE SALESMAN WAS RICK GODWIN WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND PROMPT. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CARPET.

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. REALLY WALKED US THROUGH THE PURCHASE PROCESS, VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOR. EVEN LET US TAKE SEVERAL SAMPLES WITH US TO A FURNITURE STORE TO SEE HOW THEY MATCHED WITH A SOFA WE WERE BUYING AND HOW THEY WENT WITH THE PAINT IN THE FAMILY ROOM. VERY FLEXIBLE ON TIME WHEN IT CAME TO ON-SITE MEASUREMENT OF ROOM.

WE SPENT QUITE A BIT OF MONEY AND THE SALESPERSON HAS NEVER CALLED TO SEE IF WE WERE SATISFIED. THE SALESPERSON WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO RUN OUR CREDIT CARD THROUGH FOR BILLING UNTIL THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED. HOWEVER, SHE RAN IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE ORDERED THE CARPET. THIS WAS SHOCKING TO US SINCE SHE HAD TOLD US WE WOULD NOT BE BILLED UNTIL THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET.

EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE BUSY, THE SALES PEOPLE WHERE VERY HELPFUL. I LOVED THE FACT THAT THE STORE MANAGER TOOK THE TIME TO CALL AND APOLOGIZE TO ME FOR BEING OVER CHARGED.
