They have sub-contractors, but they did a really good job. One of the sub-contractors actually offered a lot less for a specific job that would have cost me a lot more had it been contracted out.

The carpet installation has turned out very well. They had to tear out some of the nails around the sides of the carpet due it being in bad shape. This was not part of the original agreement, but they did not have any trouble doing this. The installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again if needed.

They were really nice but when we got their price estimate, we went with another company. The sales representative at the store was very helpful. She was polite and interested. The encounter when they came out to measure was also good. The customer service was good, but the price was higher than anywhere else we got.

They were fine. We did have a problem since there was a defective piece of carpet in one of the bedrooms. So they came out and took care of it without any problems. They replaced it and it was great.

It went really well. They were very friendly, professional and quick. They did a good job. They were a little bit pricier.

They were good and they were on time. We talked to the guy in the showroom and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He made some recommendations, we followed up, and everybody was happy. I'd use these guys again.

Salesperson was helpful in the selection of carpet type and color at the store. Provided professional measurements prior to the job. Installers were prompt and did a high-quality job.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Rick, was outstanding. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful in selecting the right carpet. He even helped with color selection. He was very attentive. He patiently allowed us to take home very many samples and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. The installers did an excellent job. They were very professional in every way. These guys were very experienced and worked great as a team. We've been doing lots of improvements to our new home and some of our experiences with contractors have not been so good. Not so with Levi's. What a relief to find a business that you can trust to do a good job. I would highly recommend this company and, in particular, the people at the Powell store.

They were very efficient, they did exactly what they were supposed to do, and they did it on time. As I recall, the price was fine.

They did fine. They fixed some work to our satisfaction. The berber carpet fibers keep coming up. I do need to call them to speak with them. Their customer service was very responsive.

They gave us excellent service at the store. Sherry is very knowledgeable about flooring. We purchased the carpeting in Dec. 2009 and scheduled the installation for January. The installers showed up exactly as planned. They were polite and efficient. The result was beautiful.

I like the way they operate. They are on time and very courteous. They do a good job! I would hire them again.

We worked with Pete from the Powell store. His knowledge was amazing and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were actually looking at a carpet that was approximately twice the cost of the one we ended up installing and Pete recommended we go with a very similar but much less expensive one. How often does a sales guy do that? We were very happy with the color and choice of carpet, and the installation was a breeze. Overall we loved Levis and Pete and without a doubt will be back when our existing carpet needs to be replaced. Like a lot of people, we started at a big box store (Rite Rug, Home Depot, etc.). What a horrible experience! We had unknowledgable sales people who were annoying and pushy. The prices initially look good until you get down to the nitty gritty -- $50 per stair to install, pad costs, high tear out costs, et cetera. Levis looks expensive at first because their posted prices are turnkey (except tear out of old carpet). But if you get the comparison apples-to-apples, Levis is actually CHEAPER. Throw in the overall experience and forget about big boxes.

Our experience with them was very good. They were responsive and professional, and they got everything installed. They did everything right. We got a good price - we checked several places and they underbid everybody else. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet. We will be using them again soon.

The work went excellent. They were punctual and did great work. The salesman couldn't have been nicer and the installers were very professional and personable.

I was very pleased with their service as far as the sales and delvery. There were no wrinklels and it was installed well. However, I was not pleased with the lack of responsiveness when it came to cleaning the carpets. I called the number that they gave me, but I could not get him on the phone. I ended up using a different service.

We went to a couple of other places looking at samples and getting estimates and were not comfortable with the sales dept. or the people who came to measure. We spent several trips to Levi's picking up different samples of flooring to take home and check out, the sales men were informative and helpful. The sales man came and measured and took his time with out rushing just to get in and out. The installers were pleasant. We have no complaints with our experience and would do it again.

The floor looked great, but the walls weren?t up to our satisfaction. I wrote a letter to the sales person and Art Levi called me one day and said he wanted to come look at the job. He had all the tile replaced. He did a great job. I would absolutely hire them again.

Mike was patient as we took our time deciding just what we wanted and what company to use?other firms were not so willing. Explanations as to carpets specifications were clear and concise, and agree with what we found when we called the manufacturer. No high pressure here. The installations, tile and carpet, could not have gone better. The tile setter did a beautiful job?looks like the tile has been there forever. Likewise, the carpet installers were thoroughly professional, careful, neat, and pleasant. They did a first-rate job.

They were terrific. Tom Stebbins went out of his way to make sure everything was just right.

I have always received professional service and incredibly high quality installations. They will be out next week for a floor installation. They are very honest and knowledgeable sales professionals, they know their materials.
