Levi's 4 Floors

They did a good job. There was one spot that needed to be redone but they came out and took care of it.

Good sales experience, knowlegeable salesperson, Joyce. Family room installation was good -- looks great. Wrong carpet was sent for back hall -- right carpet, wrong color -- even though all numbers were correct. Apparently mismarked before it was shipped to Levi's. Floor had been prepared -- new pad and pins before we discovered the error. Installers placed "error carpet" over the floor so it could be used safely while we waited for the correct color to be shipped. Satisfactory solution. Correct carpet installed on August 2nd. looks great.

Everything went just fine. They were very helpful on giving me instructions for things to do later on for the bathroom.

We liked them but we went with a different company because Levi's uses subcontractors and the company we chose uses their own people. We were there over the July 4th holiday and they had 3 salespeople there. It was a very professional atmosphere and a well set up store. The salespeople were very courteous and knowledgeable. They responded to my questions instantly. They let me know that the price is actually affected on whether or not they have the merchandise available in their store. They explained that pretty well.

Salesperson was very nice and helpful. Took my wife and I awhile to decide on what we wanted, but once we did, they were very quick in getting it cut and installed. They were quick and overall did a nice job. More than I wanted to spend, but I think I say that for everything. We got a few quotes and they seemed to be reasonably priced.

The quality of the product has been good, but they only thing I didn't care for installation-wise was that it was rushed at the end and that I'm not happy with the finished trim work.

They were very neat about their work and conscientious about what they did. I had a couple of issues, but they came back and made them right.

Everything went smoothly. The saleman suggested 2 days for installation because of the amount of furniture that had to be moved. We moved most of the furniture the first day and the installers moved it the second day. The installers were excellent; they even fixed our squeaking floors.

The price was obviously otherwise we would not have bought it. The installation was amazing. They said that the kitchen flooring was going to be a 2 day job, but they came early in the morning and were done at the end of the day. They said that we went out for dinner and came back that they would have it finished and when we got back we could not believe it and they were there 12 hours and did a great job. It was a large kitchen, dinning area, bathroom and the laundry facility that they did.

The process was very easy but I knew what I wanted. I went to the Powell location. They had a great selection and the prices were competitive. Estimate for same grade of Berber used in living room, stairs, hall and master only was $3,400 at Home Depot. Ended up doing the other two bedrooms due to lower price and sale on a different grade of Berber. (1500 sq feet) Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Asked for installers to call before showing up for install but they didn't get it noted on their work order. They showed up at 8:15 and we were still slightly under prepared (It's a lot of work to get your house recarpeted). The lead guy on the crew was professional and these guys were fast. There is a year warranty on installation and there are a couple spots they could be problems in the future (seams) but for now we're pretty happy with our decision.

We didn't go with them because they were really pushy with high-pressure sales.

They were very helpful and the salesperson was really nice. We brought samples home and traded samples out. He did a great job of measuring. He was really quick and thorough. The installers took out the old flooring and they were in and out relatively quickly. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. Overall we were very happy. I didn't go much comparison shopping.

They were fantastic. They were very professional and I liked the sales woman I dealt with. The men that came to install the carpets were very polite, did their job and cleaned up real well and left.

Very good installation and price seemed fair. Hard to tell because not all carpet dealers talk the same.

Fabulous. We wanted sustainably sourced carpet and they had a selection of really wonderful, soft carpets that we were excited about. Sherry was such a concerned and effective sales person. The price beat out two other competitors and the way they priced the job was very clear and easy to understand. The job was done quickly and well. Transformed our second floor.

They did a great job. They were very hard working, they came in and got the job done relatively quickly. There prices were also pretty much in line with other companies we received quotes from. They were just really easy to work with and cleaned up their mess too.

Slight delay in installation date and workers had to return for finishing, however, generally I was happy with product and staff

Carpet looked great in the beginning. Since then have had repair on multiple occasions for odd "pulls". Most under warranty but they have stopped warranty service. Now I'm trying to reach installer for additional repair and Levi4Floors will not share his contact number. About a year ago, asked salesman to come out and price 3 more rooms - never followed up with pricing. I am very frustrated with this company and would not recommend it to anyone at this point.

The experience was fine. They came in higher than others and we were going to go with a different company. There was a little bit of a difference in quality. Levi's was offering a little bit better product, but we were going to get a lower price and installation at another carpeting place. Ultimately we didn't do any carpeting at all. We found we had a leak in the roof and got a new roof instead. Later on when we thought about getting carpeting we didn't go back for another round of estimates because the Levi's 4 Floors location right near us was gone. It was empty for a while and now it is some sort of eye glass store. I don't know where the nearest location is to them. That's the only thing that would prevent us from having them back out to give us another estimate. The other thing is they charged for the estimate. The estimate I got was from showing the guy in the store the floor plan and choosing the carpet and the pads. It was a ball park. He would have to come out to give us a more precise estimate but I didn't feel like paying for what every other company did for free. They were probably the least interested in getting our business. Our interaction with them was just with one guy at that one location. We got estimates everywhere else we went and they seemed very enthusiastic, interested and they called us back and were negotiating everything. Levi's didn't seem to really care whether we bought the carpet with them or not. That might explain why that location is no longer a carpet store. It could be that the branch got shut down. We never got the carpet done because we sprang a leak in the roof and then last year we put in new windows. We decided that saving some energy and getting the energy tax credit was a little more worthwhile than getting a new carpet. I would use them in the future. I am not the type that would base my judgment on a company on one interaction with them. I don't know if they would service our location anymore because I don't where the nearest branch is.

Used for carpet in a new home and then when redecorating. Always pleased with service.

GREAT! They were very prompt for installation. Took out the old carpet. Did a great job. And it still looks great.

Everything went well, but things went a bit slower than they anticipated. They stayed rather late into the evening to complete the job which is inconvenient when one has children.
