Levi's 4 Floors

About three years after the installation, I noticed ridges forming in the carpet that was laid in the upstairs bedrooms. I contacted the store and asked for our saleman, Bill Brach. They said that he had retired. I described the situation to the saleman. He asked if we had been moving heavy furniture across the carpet. I said, "No". He then said that they could send out another contractor to restretch the carpet but I would have to pay full price because it was past the 2 year warranty period. Seven years have past and the ridges have progressively increased throughout the house. We are contracting with another company to come and restretch over 1,450 sq, ft. of carpeting. This is costing us approx. $700.00. The carpet is beautiful but looks horrible with ridges. We are very disappointed.

I went in and was not sure what type of laminate flooring I wanted. The salesperson was great - very attentive and willing to help but not too intrusive. I took some samples home to see what I wanted . Personal problems came up and I couldn't go through with the purchase but I think they are great.

We were very happy with the entire experience. The sales staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The installation went very smooth and looks great. The installers were very professional and quick with no mess. They were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours.

We recarpeted our entire house with high quality carpeting which was why the price was so high. We however did get other estimates and felt they were competitive. We went to 4Floors in Powell as was it was closer and dealt with Sherrey. Within a few minutes of my arrival in the store, Sherrey was able to ascertain exactly what I was interested in terms of color,qualtiy and style. She was wonderful to work with and came to our house to help us with our final selection. The turnaround time from order to installation was very short which was good as we are leaving for Florida soon.We had a problem with the carpet for one room arriving damaged, but finished the entire job with just one extra day. The carpet installers were very pleasant, professional and did a great job. The carpeting looks fantastic and we are very pleased with the entire process.

We visited the Levis's showroom on two different days. It is a large showroom with many different types of carpet on display. We were amazed to discover that, except for a few scattered places, there were NO PRICES displayed! Imagine walking into a Kroger store or a Walmart with all sorts of products on display, but no way to comparison shop. On the first visit, a salesman did follow us around and try to help us, but whenever we would ask the price, he would have to go back to the computer at his desk to check on it. It was impossible to keep the various prices in your head to compare the carpet to other carpet which might be in a different part of the store. On the second visit, the store was busy and there was no one available to help us. We became frustrated, gave up and left. We bought our carpet from another Angie's List company which was very upfront about the cost of their carpet.

Levi's 4 Floors Hilliard was very knowledgeable. I like their products and it’s pricing so I would be using them when we decide to do the flooring work.

Process went well, floors are great. I do wish the pricing were more obvious at the store, but our sales person Bill was helpful and more than willing to figure out comparable prices. Installers were quite good and so far we've had not issues...may have to call back about a seam showing in one area of the carpet, but overal one slight seam in the whole installation is minor. The installers moved everything that needed to be moved, they took away all the old flooring, and vacuumed/swept up afterwards, we were very impressed by their work.

Sales at store was good.Sales came out to est. job and that went good.They said carpet would be in Monday.We called to ask about it because we never heard anything on Thursday.The person on the phone was confused and not paying attention to what my wife was asking and then said your carpet has been in and set up a install date.The installers did a great job until the end.He informed my wife he lived up in Mansfield and had a ball game to play in and did not have time to sweep the carpet to get all the nap or fuzz up,and that she could do it.Not a big deal but just not very professional.You tell a customer you have a BALL GAME to play in and that she can finish your job.

They were responsive, they got the project done quickly. They did a beautiful job.

We visited store in Hillard, salesman helpful, provided samples for us to take home. We liked the choices available and compared with Home Depot-- much better on cost, almost 50% lower. Pleased with installation and all aspects of process from sales person through installation.

Outstanding overall experience. Sales Rep was professional, on-time and worked with us throughout the process. They did this job in 1-day which was just amazing. The floors look great and we couldn't be happier. We tripled bided this job, although not the least expensive, they were solid, professional and the end product is fantastic.

Went to the Hilliard store and meet with Steve Walker who was very nice and helped us pick out the carpet samples to take home and then choose the one we wanted for the kitchen , Steve came to house and measured for the carpet we would need and pointed out how we could do the sunroom and save money since there would be a lot of extra from the kitchen. Carpet for kitchen, sunroom and porch was ordered and installed in less than two weeks. Installers arrived on time on the scheduled date, they did an excellent job on the installation and clean up, we are very satisfied with the help from Steve and the fine job by the two installers.

I had used Levis for carpeting my basement on one of their bargain sales - great job and an outstanding price. We called them back to do our kitchen/dining/entryway floor in vinyl. There was no bargain pricing on the job this round, but it was an excellent job and the floor looks great. We asked for top-flight installers due to the complexity of our floorplan and an issue with the height of the dishwasher in its cabinet. That's exactly what we got - a 20-year experienced crew who were great to work with and made sure every detail was taken care of...completely cleaned up, etc.

We went there because they were advertising a sale but as it turned out, what we wanted wasn't on sale. However we were pleased with the finished product and especially the installer.

We wanted to replace our carpet which we have had for 20 years.

We had 5 installers come and they moved all the furniture( even took apart bunk beds) and put everything back. The carpet was well laid out and stretched. Very nice to work with.

After trying other places (two different Lowes--different sales person each time even when returning to the same Lowes) and getting radically different advice each time, we went to Levis 4 Floors at Polaris. Bill Pohl was our salesperson and he did a great job. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the many, many choices of carpet type, quality, etc... We narrowed it down to four colors and he let us take large samples home. He then came to our house and measured, all of which resulted in a firm quote. We have lived in our house for 22 years, so it is fully furnished and we are pretty dug in. We had them remove the old carpet, move furniture, and install the new carpet. We had just had the entire interior painted, and they did not mess up the walls at all! [Go with the main advice--paint first, carpet second--it is easier to touch up a wall than to get paint off of new carpet.]

Levi's 4 Floors in Hilliard provided an awesome experience, customer service, installation, and quality--and the price was less than other estimates. The flooring looks fabulous! Our sales rep was knowledgeable and provided the pros and cons which helped us to make an informed decision. With his help, we found the perfect flooring and wood color for our needs. The work crew was efficient, skilled in their craft, and arrived on time. The work was completed in 1 1/2 days as promised. Nearly a year later the flooring still looks brand new. Upkeep is easy--although requires more frequent sweeping/ vacuuming than carpeting (pets may have something to do with that...). When we are ready to change the rest of our flooring, Levi's will be our first stop.

This was the second time I used their services for carpeting. They are one of the few companies around that still offer a good selection on carpeting. We are very happy with their services.

Since this location is close by, I visited to look at options for our basement stairs. I've been in this store several times before and have typically left feeling like I'm an inconvenience. Several of the staff really aren't very friendly or helpful. Selecting carpet is not that easy! This last visit, I did deal with a salesperson who was somewhat helpful. He came out to measure and I selected carpet and made arrangements for installation. I mentioned that we would soon be looking to replace the upper level stairs and m most all of the carpet on the 2nd floor - 4 bedrooms worth. While he was at our home, he measured the upper stairs/hallway and one bedroom so another trip wouldn't be necessary to measure. Frankly, I was using this smaller project to gauge the overall experience before committing to the bigger project. What I do like about Levi's is the installation people are employees, not subcontrators. The installer arrived on time, was very personable and worked very quickly. The installation went smoothly and we are very happy with the look of the new carpet. However, there was never any follow up from the store (despite the salesman saying he would follow up a day or two after) nor checking up on the next project. So, while the installation was great and the carpet looks nice, the overall customer service experience is underwhelming and I'm not sure I will go back for the rest of the carpet projects we have.

The people who came to lay the carpet came when they said they would be there. We definitely wanted it down before Christmas and they told us they would be able to do that. They did an excellent job and were very professional.. We have been very pleased with the carpet so far.

Carpet looks great, decent price for the quality of the carpet and padding. Installers were good at their job and cleaned up relatively well. Only major complaint is that 2 seams showed up after a few days. Had them back out for repair, and they fixed one of them, but now several months later 1 seam is visible again. Will probably contact them again to come back and fix it again. Otherwise, good service and will consider them again for future carpet needs. They came back and replaced the carpet where the seams were, and now it looks fine. Am very glad they offered to replace it, as the seams were not working and were very noticeable. Very good customer service now, just took them a year.

This is an excellent company. I had past problems with the existing flooring, and they bent over backwards to correct the problems. I would definitely use this company again.

They got everything done in less time than I expected.
