They did a very good job on the cleaning. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

They came out the same day of the occurrence and tore out what was needed to properly dry the house out to prevent molding. They located fans and dehumidifiers throughout the home to expedite the drying procedure. We did encounter several problems with equipment such as the dehumidifiers leaking water back onto the floors and broken fans but they were responsive when we called to report the trouble. They took the time to ease our concerns about molding and explained how the process would prevent this from occurring. They also came back after our contractor repaired the carpeting after an extremely delayed process. See review for Neverman Construction. Cleaned and sanitized the carpeting.

I was prompted to join Angie's list after dealing with this company, to have better info before hiring a quick-response contractor in the future. Everytime, a different rep. was sent, and I had to explain what & where the work was being done. They did not seem to have a good internal communication/documentation system. Often the reps were late in arriving for appointments, and once they forgot altogether until I called about an hour after they were due to arrive. Not all areas of the carpets were cleaned (they did not pick up the furniture and clean underneath, and in one room only the edges were cleaned, not the middle of the room, even though we moved all items off of the floor "while" the representative was there, so that it would be easily accessible to clean). Several dings were left in the walls where the baseboards were re-installed. In all fairness, they did do a good job of drying the basement. But not very good at restoring it to the original condition.

WE HAD WATER DAMAGE IN OUR BATHROOM AND BASEMENT, DUE TO AN OVERFLOWING TOILET. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME OUT WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAVE REMOVED BATHROOM FLOOR, AND REMOVED SOME OF THE DRYWALL IN THE BASEMENT CEILING, TOO DRY DAMAGED AREAS. WE ONLY PAID THE $500 DEDUCTIBLE, THE REST WAS COVERED BY HOME INSURANCE.

ROB MARSHALL, THE MANAGER, WAS AT OUR HOUSE SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF THE DRYING OPERATION. THE OTHER SERVICE TECHNICIANS ALSO DID A VERY NICE JOB, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. THEY ALSO DID A GOOD JOB OF DEALING WITH THE REQUESTS FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY (I.E., THEY GAVE US A WRITTEN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY BEGAN WORK AND FAXED THE ESTIMATE AND LATER A COPY OF THE BILL TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY).
