Radon test set up the same day I called. I was given a nice report on Monday exactly as promised. Very Professional. Would use again in the future.

They were quick to respond and were able to set up the tester the next day. I liked that they don't do radon remediation -- no conflict of interest.

He was very knowledgeable and nice.

Mr. Grafton was extremely professional, on time and quick to return my call. I chose the company because he does not provide mitigation services, just environmental testing. He provided a great deal of information and suggestions for reducing moisture inside and outside our home to prevent mold from developing. He suggested how we could remove the moldy portion of dry wall ourselves (setting up a negative pressure situation and fully isolating that section of the house) and suggested area companies that he recommends for both radon mitigation and mold removal. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will contact him again after we have the radon mitigation completed.

Courteous and prompt. Cindy was as nice as could be and a terrific person.

I NEVER REALLY INTERACTED WITH THE COMPANY. THE TEST WAS SET UP AND PAID FOR THROUGH THE HOME INSPECTION COMPANY I WAS USING, PROCHECK ENGINEERING. THE TEST WAS CONDUCTED AS PRESCRIBED AND RESULTING REPORT GENERATED SHOWING HIGH LEVELS OF RADON AND A RECOMMENDATION FOR REDUCTION ACTION.

HARRY WAS THOROUGH AND WAS GLAD TO EXPLAIN THINGS WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND. HE IS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ARRIVED EARLY FOR BOTH APPOOINTMENTS. ACTUALLY TOO EARLY, BUT HE WAS HAPPY TO COME BACK LATER WHEN I WAS NOT READY TO MEET WITH HIM YET. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

I WANTED AN ORGANIZATION THAT DID RADON DETECTION ONLY, NOT MITIGATION (THEY PERFORM OTHER TYPES OF ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING FOR HOMES). HARRY WAS ONE OF THE LICENSED TEST INDIVIDUALS RECOMMENDED BY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. HE STARTED THE TESTING ON THE WEEKEND, WHICH IS NORMALLY HIS DAY OFF. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SCHEDULE A TIME (START AND FINISH OF TEST PROCESS), AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE WAS VERY PATIENT EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE TOOK HIS TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS THAT MY WIFE AND I HAD.
