Very professional, job was done in a single day and looks great!

Michael was the salesman at Madewell. He was always responsive even with many changes from me, the home owner and the city historic district. Approvals took about a month but once it was go time, Madewell's Production Manager, Matt was on site scoping the project days before it began. As promised on their schedule, they showed up and handled the two day project efficiently. Matt was constant with follow up about where they were in the job, concrete delivery times and what his crews were doing. With strict guidelines from the city historic district, they completed the job perfectly. Can't wait to see it a couple months when the landscaping is finished.

Alex and Chase were EXCELLENT. Everything that they promised me they made sure happened. I got half my backyard, the front door walk way and my driveway redone all in one day. The team were on time and professional the entire day (and it was a long HOT day) the arrived at 630am and worked way passed 6pm.

Alex was always very responsive to our calls and texts, usually within 5 minutes. The project was delayed 6 weeks due to getting City of Atlanta permit; however this was not MadeWell's fault. We will plan better in the future. They were very accommodating to remove a couple of shrubs and made walkway wider than first planned; making the end result better than anticipated. End result looks great and I would hire them again.

This company Madewell Concrete Atlanta has the worst communication skills! We had our driveway torn and replaced. 2 1/2 months ago and I have been contacting them over and over again, and they refuse to take care of a botched job they guaranteed if I was not satisfied they would take care of us. Well here are some pics that this guy Alex said that it takes time for our driveway to turn white! Yeah! Right! Alex has responded to me in a Sarcastic manner and have not given me in respect to the issue. Basically and unfortunately I am at my wits end. This is just awful! And embarrassing! If I do not hear anything very soon, then I am going to report them to the BBB, newspaper etc.

Communication was great, job done quickly and well. Alex and Chase were both a pleasure to work with.

Despite all other quotes stating in large red writing stating sprinkler heads will be damaged, Madewell took care of my sprinkler heads and did not damage them. The work was quick, clean and professional. They did not even stop for lunch until they had finished. The cleanup was perfect. Highly recommend them.

Alex and Chase were quick to come out to the house, lined out the project and setup to have the concrete poured within days. The workers came out and did the work in about 6 hours, from grading to pouring, with Chase on site supervising. So far so good. When the day was over is when I had issues. The forms for the walkway were somewhat irregular instead of a nice continuous curve. My biggest issues were the way the yard was left after the concrete was poured. There were ruts from the bobcat, the dirt was not pushed back against the concrete, and the cement truck washed out his chute into the front yard. When I asked about these things, I was told the yard was considered landscaping, and that it is the practice of the cement company to wash out their truck on the property. Chase did come back and remove the majority of the leftover concrete from the yard, and did attempt to level out the ruts, however, I did have to hire a yard crew to finish what I assumed would be part of the original package, including removing lots of leftover bits of cement. At $5.80 a square yard, I expected more cleanup. I would recommend them to other people needing concrete work, but make sure all expectations are discussed before signing the contract.

Alex and his team were prompt, polite and did an excellent job! His quote was also the best of the 3 we got. He communicated very well and explained all our questions to our satisfaction.

Chase Stone, my project manager, was fantastic. He was always prompt to respond, patient with my constant questioning, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we received great customer service. The work quality was fantastic and I was quite pleased with how quickly they got everything done. The crew was generally nice, but since they've left I've noticed several cigarette butts and empty energy cans around my yard. They do great work and the value can't be beat, but the lack of respect for my yard (and, frankly, the environment) left me a bit disappointed after the fact. I would certainly still hire them again (largely due to Chase).

Did not know what to expect when driveway was completedâ lots of concrete leftovers on the ground which might make it difficult for lawn-mowing. Other than that, it looks great.

Very professional from the start and they did a great job. Kept in good contact and prepared me well for all the job entailed. Alex and Chase have been very good to work with, fast and thorough. I am perfectly satisfied. And their price was most competitive and reasonable.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Alex, my rep, always answered any questions I had & helped me through the loan process to secure my driveway. From there, he helped me plan around the weather to ensure the delivery of the project. The reconstruction of my driveway + additional parking spot only took from 8 AM- 2 PM. It was a job well done & will add value to my home. I would recommend hiring them for your project!

Alex and Chase did a great job from the day of the quote to the installation. Answered all of my questions and were able to handle the job ahead of schedule from the estimated date. Got here bright and early and were finished by 3:30. Would definitely use again.

This review WAS 5 stars. Reduced to 2.5. Will be happy to change it back to 5 if.... Pre-sale process was great and the actual paving of the driveway was done very well. BUT during the work we asked at least 3 times to put caution tape around the driveway so pedestrians will not step on it as it cures. We were told not worry and assured it will be done. It wasnt. And pedestrians did step on it. Two ppl and one dog to be exact. I could tell by the UGLY FOOTPRINT in my new driveway. Alex did take full responsibility for this and promised a fix. His team came and patched the foot print. It looked bad. different color, very visible patch. Not good. Alex promised me it will be ok in a month time - concrete will cure and colors will align. I was happy. Things happens but it was dealt with. I gave them 5 star review and waited more than a month. It still looks bad. Very bad. Now I am told I need to wait some more time until the summer and colors will align. So two options, both are bad: 1) Alex is trying to get me off his back with the hope I will forget about this 2) He does not understand concrete well enough and its curing process??? I was so happy with everything except this issue. I really want to change the score back to 5. I cannot.
