The representatives were very friendly and thorough with telling me what I needed to have done. The work was very professionally completed. I would definitely use them again.

I hired Classic Exteriors to repair and replace 1/2 of my siding due to hail damage. Michael contacted me the same day I requested help. He came right out and worked within my insurance adjustment to get the job done right. He worked very hard to find a match for my 15 year old siding and his guys got the job completed in one day! They made it look better than new by installing it seamlessly. Fantastic to work with! Michael was always accessible. They were so good that I cancelled a roofing contract I had with another company and hired Classic instead. Michael fought with my insurance company to get "forgotten" Ohio code items and did this within the insurance estimate! The job was completed quickly and professionally. His crew was courteous, polite, and professional. They did awesome work. They protected my plants and new AC unit. They also swept the lawn with a magnet when finished. My house now looks better now than when I bought it new thanks to Michael and Classic Exteriors. He upgraded my roofing materials, added venting, drip edge, AND did it all while haggling with my stingy insurance adjuster! Michael also helped me get the insurance company to issue me a depreciation check by forwarding detailed information to my adjuster every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for exterior improvements and I'm a VERY particular person when it comes to people working on my stuff. These guys EXCEEDED my expectations.
