Russell did a great job installing the new sliding door. it is beautiful. He even played with my dog when little wolf had to go out. He also did a great job of cleaning up when he was done. He is a great installer.

Richard and his crew became our customer service. We explained what we wanted and they took over the design. They built a beautiful bench where others would have railing. A "platform" step-out for the dog door and french door and surround stairs on the other 3 sides. One of a kind!

Classic Exteriors Associate replaced the shingles on our house. They did a excellent job, getting the old roofing removed replacing any bad sheeting before installing new shingles. They did a good job getting the old shingles cleaning up and hauled off. The new shingles look great. Job well done. Thank You Classic Exteriors for getting the job completed quickly.

We had a lot of trim on our garage replaced, a new man door installed, and gutter guards installed. We are very pleased with the quality of work and how great the workers were.

Excellent service that did multiple projects inc gutters, roofing, shutters. Great customer service came out quickly, gave a fair quote and did the work super fast. Came back to double check and inspect each project.

I was perfectly satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work performed. I had a couple hundred feet of rake board and vertical corner trim wrapped in aluminum, along with a fair amount of the original wood replaced with new material before being covered. The majority of this work was performed two stories up, so the cost of $5,800 struck me as a reasonable amount, compared to the effort and cost of equipment if I did it myself. The job took 1.5 days and payment wasn't charged until after I verbally confirmed my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to others.

first installer talked about black people being lazy even after seeing that my wife is black. door bottom seal broke after 3 months, its been a year and noone has shown up to replace it and honestly dont want them to because its just going to be done incorrectly. also i paid 500 more to have extra trim added and its uneven. terrible experience overall

Mitchell did a very professional thorough pre-install consult. Abraham and his crew did an outstanding job (couldn't have asked for a better crew). Very hard working group (in extreme heat). Pictures before and after installation using high quality materials. Extra protection over valleys and roof edges. No comparison from before and after. We also had the gutters replaced. The gutter guys knocked it out in 2 hours. The entire group was very polite and professional. The whole project was seamless. I highly recommend Classic Exteriors for roofing and gutters.

From our first meeting with John Gianangeli, things went very smoothly. John was very knowledgeable in roofing materials, styles, types of features, and most importantly what procedures our installation would entail. Then we could see a complete picture of the scope we were signing up for. You handled new plywood, water and ice protection, dimensional shingles, ridge vents, and removal of asbestos shingles. I had seamless covered gutters put on my home. While the results are top-notch, and the installers very skilled and professional, this company could use some work on their communication skills. I was told by the salesman that the work should be done within 10 days, After nearly 20 days with no word I ran out of patience and called the company and left a message with the operator. A few minutes later I got a callback and they assured me that the crew would arrive within the hour. Hard to say how long I would have waited if I hadn't called, as I'm pretty sure this squeaky wheel getting the grease scenario. They DID arrive within the hour and worked swiftly and competently but was unable to finish due to a weather delay, The team leader said that they would return on the following day to finish up. Unfortunately, they never showed up and I received no call that day. By noon the next day, I finally lost patience and called again and as of this moment, I'm still waiting for a callback. (They did arrive and finished the project satisfactorily I realize the summer is a very busy time for home improvement companies, but I don't think I'm being unreasonable to expect to be kept informed as to when to look for them. I have several projects planned over the next few years and had hoped that I had found a reliable company to do the work but now I'm not sure if I have the patience to deal with them. We will see.

My project included some expected rot, and it was expertly handled with precision and confidence. Looking forward to the replacement of windows and siding that I have already scheduled with Classic Exteriors.

They did excellent quality work and the materials used were absolutely top notch! The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and the whole process was thoroughly explained. The only "ding" would be for communication. We found out when our work was going to be done when we returned home one afternoon to find the gutters already hung. Not a problem but it would have been nice to know. Overall, I would certainly recommend this company.

Individuals doing the construction work were great. The sales person we had was not. Not a good communicator of time lines or follow throughs. We did give them 2 chances with our business, but felt overcharged for the first job and received unacceptable communication practices and a longer time to complete than it should have for the second.
