Classic Exteriors was a very professional company and a great value for the work they performed. The workers were prompt, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior trim or siding work done!

Jim payed attention to detail of work on my home. Even called the gutter crew and made them come back to fix an issue that he didn't like. He called me to make sure that the work was to my liking and said that he would return if I saw somthing wrong. I would hire them again.

The work was performed within the time period agreed to when the contract was signed. I was kept informed all along the way. The workers were friendly. The work performed was done in a very craftsman like manner. I would definitely hire this company again.

Was not given a written estimate. Showed up to do the work without any notice. Had a temp vent cover on dryer vent to keep rain out. Workman took it. Work area around that vent was left dirty. I cleaned it up. Workman called and told me two times he would be back to finish the work not completed and did not show. I called the owner at one point and he told me he would call me back and never did. If I did this type of work when I was working I would not have had a job or company very long

Excellent work, great staff (both sales and install), cleaned everything up when done and never once complained about adjustments I made as we went (changed mind on shutter color, had them change how the house numbers were installed). HIGHLY recommend.

They gave me an outrageous estimate, but I was in a hurry to get the job done and they promised me a quick installation and promised me that I would be satisfied with the work, so I reluctantly agreed. They did show up the very next day, which was good, but they were here for less than two hours and the work was absolutly terrible!! When I complained he made up all kind of excuses, but they didn't even do what was asked. After refusing to pay they said they would return on Monday. When he returned I went over the little job with him and explained in great detail how I wanted it done. After all of that he left me with a trim job that wouldn't even be acceptable on a rental property in the slums. I had complained about the sloppy caulking so we agreed to let me do it myself. After all of this aggravation and terrible work he asked me for the full price. He finally agreed to take $100.00 off the original price so I paid it just to get rid of him. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Update: I was contacted by the owner after I had written the review. He came out and inspected the job. The next day he sent out another crew to redo the job. They were very good and did a quality job. The owner made sure I was satisified and adjuted the price. I am happy with the finished job.

Classic Exteriors was hired to install a sliding glass door. Mike and his crew were great. Very professional, friendly - even the dog liked them! Mike came in under the quote we had received the day before and had a better product. Install was quick and the sliding glass door looks great! I would definitely hire them again.

They put a roof on an existing deck. The work was well done and finished within a day. Classic Exteriors has called several times to see how things are going. The installer was not happy about the way the downspout sat too far from deck, so he came back and adjusted it do that it was closer to the deck. All in all, they were very professional and appeared when they said they would be there

Some siding had fallen off our chimney area. Had a few estimates done, and classic was very competitive. I ultimately selected them because of customer service. John discussed the ins and outs of filling a claim and we agreed not filing made a lot more sense. Basically, we didn't have that much over the deductible and it could raise our rates and eventually loose the insurance because of number of claims (if we had further claims). I can see why this company is well reviewed.

Classic Exteriors emailed us and was prompt in coming to our home to give us an estimate.The contractors were right on time and did a Fantastic job not only on our siding and power washing (looked like new) but also capping our garage. This Company is in our index file now.I have given their cards to my neighbors and friends. Michael came out to check out the work before completion, to make sure we were completely happy.The receptionist was quite nice and worked with me on times to set up an appointment. The contractors were very polite and cleaned up the area during the job .Thanks to Classic Exteriors Company,I am a Happy Client !

We had an unusual situation and Michael provided consistent feedback on the status of the job and proved dependable and trustworthy. He made right a botched job by a previous local contractor. All for a fair price. Will highly recommend.

They were very professional and responded quickly to my request for a quote. The rep was out the same day to give me a quote . Installation was scheduled faster than I expected.

Tim and Mike are great and good salesman but the installer they used I would not let in my house They did a lousy job very unprofessional. Had to have Tim hirer a professional widow instiller to finish the job that the first crew messed up badly
