We hired classic exteriors to replace our current gutters on June 30th. They told us it would take a week, maybe two before the new gutters would be installed. It took almost 4 weeks before they were installed. They were installed without us knowing a time or date, and the house and yard were left a mess. Rusty nails, roof debris, parts of the old gutters were left everywhere. The gutters look like they'll work, but have a slight incline where they should drain, I'm hoping that doesn't prove to be a problem. If it does they'll be getting a lot more than an unhappy review. There's no excuse for the way they left my house. I have several pets who could have been harmed with the nails. Hopefully there are none in my yard. In addition to the above I now have several bumps in my roof from the anchors they used. They are visible from the front and back of my house and look terrible. I would not recommend them. We paid them good money for a job we were told would be treated with care, it was not. EDIT 1: We had a heavy rain last night, and I went to investigate the gutters this morning. They were indeed unaligned and about an inch of water is stagnant on our rear gutters. In addition the bumps in my roof were from my previous gutters that the team was too lazy to remove, and instead ripped off parts rather than remove them entirely. The job was done hastily and poorly. Completely unacceptable! EDIT 2: Upon learning of the unsatisfactory job the owner sent out a team to repair what should have been done correctly in the first place. My roof was repaired, and the gutters were realigned. I'm glad they took the time to fix their mistakes, but they should not have happened in the first place. Still would not recommend.

The workmanship was excellent!! The workmen were professional, and worked together very well, through rain, heat and long hours!! My house looks great!! The home is 14 years old, and now looks brand new!! I am extreme pleased, and will recommend Classic Exteriors, LLC!

They're working on several projects for me, so far so good. My only small complaint is that I would have liked more interesting options presented to me ... but I didn't press the issue as much as I should have, so it was perhaps my fault.

Classic Exteriors did a great job on my new siding. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made financial easy. The worst thing that happened was the crew showed up without calling. I would still recommend them to my friends.
