I have a new vacuum cleaner and needed help changing the bag. I'd taken the bag off, apparently incorrectly. The man wanted to charge me $29.99 to clean the vacuum bag area. I asked the man if I could clean it myself and he said, "Up to you." I needed vacuum bags and I think he gave me the wrong ones. He wouldn't show me how to install the bags. He was very rude to me. I will never go there again. He was so condescending to me.

I recommend this wonderful place for buying a vacuum or having one repaired. I was reluctant to buy the Simplicity since it was quite pricey, but I have been very pleased with it, after two years. This is a terrific place to get excellent service!

Our vacuum wasn't producing any suction. Ed was immediately able to diagnose the problem (two worn belts) and replace the belts. We were in and out in five minutes, at a very reasonable cost. Ed was helpful and friendly!

Very knowledgeable about the various brands of vacuums. Took the time to show me how the various brands compared to one another with regards to price, repair history, cleaning, etc. Threw in a few accessories and vacuum cleaner bags for the brand I eventually purchased.

My first impression was the sales person was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the vacuums to me. I think the vacuum is first rate and was at a good price. I have only used the vacuum cleaner for 3 days but it does seem to be excellent.

Our company is a professional home cleaning company. We take our vacuums in when they are in need of repair. The work is done promptly and correctly. We are very pleased to be able to rely on them for service.

GENTLEMAN PLUGGED IN CLEANER AND WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CLEANER ON THE SPOT. MOTOR COULD NOT BE FIXED SO I ENDED UP PURCHASING A NEW CLEANER, HAD TO ORDER IT AND IT CAME IN NEXT DAY.

HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. I DO BELIEVE I ALSO BOUGHT AN OUTSTANDING VACUUM. IT WAS A BIT PRICEY, BUT I NEEDED A CLEANER RUNNING MACHINE AND SOMETHING LIGHTER.

SCHEDULED A SATURDAY VISIT AT OUR REQUEST. TECHNICIANS CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE ON THE WAY; THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME. WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I TOOK MY VACUUM IN THERE TO BE FIXED. IT TOOK HIM ALL OF 12 MINUTES AND HE DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME!!!! HE WAS WONDERFUL!!

EXCELLENT! CALLED TO LET US KNOW HE'D BE AT OUR HOME IN 20 MINUTES. ED REGAN DID OUR WORK, VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT, DID A GREAT JOB, AND GAVE ADVICE FOR FUTURE OPTIONS WITH OUR VERY OLD UNIT. SO HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO WORK ON CENTRAL VAC. HE'S A GEM!

THE OWNERS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY DO NOT CHARGE JUST TO LOOK AT A VACUUM. THEY ARE VERY EXPEDIENT ALSO.

THEY REPAIRED BOTH VACUUM CLEANERS WITHIN A DAY. PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND MY VACUUMS BOTH WORK GREAT!

I WASN'T SURE IF I SHOULD DRIVE IT OUT THERE ALL THE WAY FROM WESTERVILLE. USUALLY, THEY GIVE YOU A TICKET AND YOU WAIT FOR SERVICE. AFTER I EXPLAINED HOW FAR I HAD TRAVELED, THEY BUMPED ME TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE, FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PART, BUT SAID THAT SEARS HAD THE PART AND I COULD ORDER IT FROM THEM AND FIX IT MYSELF WITHOUT ANY TOOLS. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME AND THEY ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND WERE WILLING TO BE AVAILABLE ACCORDING TO OUR SCHEDULE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PROVIDING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE SYSTEM AND SPECIAL ORDERED PARTS FOR US. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE
