Description of Work: took an older Kirby sweeper in for repair. 2 weeks later went in ( had not received a call that it was done) but was in the area. They had tagged the wrong sweeper with our name. 2 weeks later - no call again to say it was done. went in and was told that they could not repair it. couldn't find the parts. we have used them several times before but it seems that the service has declined tremendously

Description of Work: My vacuum cleaner started making a horrible high-pitched noise, so I brought it in to the shop. They first made sure to listen to the noise to see if it indicated something unrepairable. It didn't, so I left it for repairs. Took less than a week and cost less than $30! I would definitely use them again.
