Air Supply

I have used them every year since then. They are excellent. They do an “A” work all the way through. I call them, they make the appointment and they show up. They tell me what the situation is and I give them $80.

I have a very old heat pump which has run very well all these years with routine maintenance. The AC stopped cooling so I called another Angies List highly rated company to send out a repairperson for an estimate. Instead, they sent a sale man who, of course, only wanted to sell me a new heat-pump/ furnace for $5100 and made it as expensive and complex as he could to have a repairman come out to look at it. Air Supply sent out a repair technician who found the problem as being just a valve that could be replaced for about $150. Unfortunately, because of the age of the furnace, the parts were obsolete. They worked VERY hard to find comparable, generic parts. In the end, they had to replace a huge part but it still only cost about $1000 instead of $5100 and it is working very well. I was very impressed with how hard they worked to save me money against all odds. They were responsive, friendly and efficient. I will certainly use them to service all the HVAC units is some rentals I own and my own home.

It went very well. I thought the crew was professional. They were generally timely although that project took longer than anticipated. I got the impression that the scope of the project with the zone heating system was something that they didn’t have an enormous amount of experience with so it took longer than anticipated. They weren’t here for weeks try to figure this out. It just took a day longer. The employees represented themselves very well. They kept me up to date. I didn’t feel like I was in the dark or that they said they knew how to do something when they didn’t. They told me upfront that this is something that they didn’t have a ton of experience with. After the work was done, we called a number of times about very minor issues like sound issues that were difficult to diagnose and they were very responsive getting back to us and coming out and taking a look at things.

I asked the repairman is he could disconnect the heat part. he done just that now all I have is an air condition on the heat pump. I have a good gas furnace ,and I do not need the heat pump for heat. he don all of this at no extra cost. $79.99. he done all of this in the rain. I was very pleased. I told them if I would need an air conditioner later I would call them.

I was scheduled from 1-4, but never heard from them. Since I had things scheduled past the service window, I canceled with 10 minutes left. I get it that some jobs take longer, but at least keep me posted. I'd look elsewhere for service. Prices might be luring, but I value my time and it appears they don't.

I believe it is a free estimate. Everything was fine with that company. The only reason we did not proceed with the project was because it’s cost combined with the bunch of windows we had to replace is too much to do right now.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional and was finished in a half hour. He also showed me how to clean out airconditioner when dirty; with my garden hose.

I've used them in the past and they've done just fine. They have a new employee that came out, and I let him use my raincoat so he could go out in the rain and work around the air conditioners outside. When we came to my other property, I offered my raincoat again. He said he'd actually prefer an umbrella, so I gave him one of my new umbrellas. It was never even used before. He lost it, and he now claims that it is on my property. The only place I haven't looked is inside the AC unit itself. He also left the AC schematics out in the rain to become sopping wet. I called him back today to let him know a third time that it is nowhere on my property. I said they are welcome to come and find it on my property for me, or they could pay me the $8 for the umbrella. They offered to purchase a $3 umbrella from Big Lots, when the umbrella was worth more. I'm very disappointed.

Technician was absolutely fantastic! Extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Requested him for all service. And yes this company will always be on our list for furnace and air conditioner service.

A friend heard it and thought it was my blower motor? He said his had made the same noise and it had cost him $900 to have replaced by a large well know name company. Needless to same I wasn't real happy to hear that? I joined Angie's List the following day. Just wanted to make I didn't get ripped off? I called Air Supply because of the positive reviews! The tech came out and quickly found out it wasn't my blower motor but my inducer motor instead? But said it didn't need replaced at the time. He said maybe next year? The best part was he said that it would only cost $350-$400? And the blower motor replacement would of cost the same!!! I will only use this guys from now on!!!!!

Our furnace stopped working on a Thursday evening during record low temperatures in the Midwest. We called Air Supply Thursday evening expecting to hear from them the following morning but actually got a callback five minutes later to schedule first thing in the morning. The technician Josh came out, diagnosed the problem, but said that he needed parts. Not long after Josh left, we got a call from Angie in the office saying that she was calling around Columbus to find the parts. She said her goal was to have Josh back out to our house the same day to fix the furnace. Upon finding the parts, she sent someone to pick them up, called to give us an update, and sure enough, she had Josh back at our house by 8pm to fix things right up. It's well below 0* here today so I'm so happy to have the heat back on! Great communication and super service - highly recommend them.

It is definitely worth it because it protects the warranty on your furnace. They are really great. Angie, who helps with scheduling, is amazingly knowledgeable about the equipment they install and sell. Mike, who comes to do the repair and installation work, does a really great job. He goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything he's doing and how your equipment works.

They came over and did a real good job. My A/C is working real well now.

The repairs went great. They were very responsive and kept us informed if the technician was running late - which is always greatly appreciated! Josh (the tech) was very informative, upfront, and professional. Did not think they were overpriced. Would definitely use them again!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have used Air Supply to perform annual maintenance on both my heating and cooling units. Over the years they have installed a new system on my third floor, replaced my furnace, and performed general maintenance on all my systems. I have never had a bad experience. The staff at the office is a pleasure to deal with. The service people are prompt, efficient and courteous, and I always feel that they are acting in my best interest. I highly recommend this company.

The guys from Air Supply were great: very prompt and efficient. Towards the end of the installation, we had trouble setting up the programmable thermostat. They stayed until we were satisfied it was working.

We have used Air Supply for a number of years to provide seasonal maintenance and repairs to our furnace/air conditioners in several homes. When our furnace stopped operating overnight, I called about 8:00am the next morning. The person who took my call was calm and understanding. A service technician arrived before 11:00am and after assessing the problem, indicated that our 29 year old furnace would probably need $400 to $600 worth of repiars. The control board had burned out and that would need to be ordered. Without pressuring us, he suggested that we might need to look at replacing the furnace. He was able to show us information on a new furnace and to get us quotes almost immediately from the main office. He also could tell us when installation woudl be possible. We decided to have the furnace replaced. This was done on the next day. The service technicians arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. They even got us a replacement for our furnace filter and installed it. Of particular note was their attenton to detail. They wanted the installaqtion to look good as well as to function well. Their staff were friendly and efficient and even were concerned about insuring the safety of our two cats. This is a topnotch company whose work we have appreciated for years. We highly recommend their work.

It went fine. I haven't had any problems. They were prompt and professional. In order to qualify for the coupon you have to also get the outside unit.

I like that I get the same service man every time. The prices are reasonable.

Very professional when booking with them, and the service specialist was very polite and did a great job. He also explained what he was doing throughout the job. I very rarely give 'A' ratings, but hard to find fault with their service.

The specialist came to the house and greeted me cordiaiily. He removed his shoes and asked where the furnance was located. He explained the good and the bad associated with the equipment and recommended what was needed to be improved and what was in good operating condition. I asked if he wanted coffee or water and he declined but thanked me. He was focused and interested in explaining to me what he was doing. He made recommendations which we accepted and another operator came to complete the additional work. Overall we were very satisfied with the service provided and would call the same company in the future.

Very professional, very good work, very honest. They checked and double checked all their work. They helped me to get the rebates I was entitled to for having the new more energy efficient equipment installed. They helped me to make the right decision for me. They followed up to make sure everything was ok. I've used this company's services before, and found them to be honest and fair; which is why I called them when I needed this big job done. Air Supply has been responsive to both questions and issues. I have been using them for several years to service and repair a duplex. They call me each spring and fall to make an appointment. The technician is courteous and informative regarding any issues and/or concerns. In addition to the service agreement, Air Supply has also made several repairs and replaced an AC unit. I have continued to use their services over the years, because I have been satisifed with the work that they have done.

We had Air Supply come in when we discovered that the painters who painted our condo had the system running while they spray painted. It turned out that paint accumulated on the furnace fan and inside the furnace. Do to allergies this was a big problem. Air Supply sent a very knowledgeable technician named Josh. He did a thorough job of cleaning up the mess. He also was extremely helpful in explaining the most efficient way to operate the system. Will definitely use again if needed in the future.
