A-1 Quality Seamless Gutters

All work done was in a timely fashion, functionally effective and cosmetically pleasing. I would recommend A-1 highly and absolutely use them in the future.

Requested an estimate to repair downspouts. The estimate was extremely timely and well priced. The problem came when I called and had some questions about the estimate and I could not get the estimater to call me back. The woman in the office kept trying to answer my questions, but she didn't understand what I was asking. I ended up frustrated and had the work performed elsewhere.

They turned out great! They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. So far great work.

A-1 dropped off color samples for us to look at; various emails and phone calls resulted in getting questions answered and scheduling taken care of. They are very flexible with scheduling: just needed to call 1-2 days prior to preferred installation date. This was very nice due to need for coordination with painters coming before gutters were installed (plus the storms that blew through during the scheduled painting/gutter install period). Gutters, downspouts and leaf guards were installed very quickly and professionally. Everything looks and functions great! Very satisfied with the company. And the Angie's List discount was a nice bonus.

Excellent! John came out and did estimate while I was at work, I received the estimate within a day. A few of the other companies we looked at insisted someone be home to give the estimate to - I felt like this put more pressure on, so preferred to receive it by email. We discussed both the wire gutter guards and the gutter warrior system and decided on Gutter warrior.

I carefully chose this company for its stellar reputation. I was pleased with the result. Each encounter I had with Robin, who answered the phone, was pleasant, professional and helpful. The estimate I was given for the work was reasonable. When the work was scheduled -- they arrived when expected, completed the work as requested and cleaned up after themselves. What a facelift to my condo! I could not have been happier. I too -- recommend this company highly.

A-1 was very professional from start to finish! Estimate was given within 48 hours,work was performed within a week of agreeing to a contract and the workers wereprofessional,courteous and most importantly, good at their jobs! Completely replacedour gutters and hauled away the old ones. A very fair price was quoted and I feel I receivedgood value for the services performed! I would definitely use again!

They were very prompt with the quote. They came right out within a day and did the work within another 2 days or so. They were finished with the job in 2 hours less. There are no problems with the gutters so far. I’m very satisfied with their services.

I called June 18th and was told By Robin that someone would be out in 2 or 3 days to estimate the job. They came out the next day and emailed the estimate the following day. I called their office and again spoke with Robin to accept the estimate and schedule the job. Robin said she would have the job done the next week. Robin stayed in touch and said the would be on site the afternoon of the 26th. A crew of 3 showed up on time and went right to work. 2 1/2 hours later the job was complete. They cleaned a debris and left the area spotless. Friday the terrible storm hit the are and everything worked perfectly. Robin called the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. I would use them again in a heart beat and will recommend them to all my friends.

The estimator was professional and thorough. The workmen showed up on time, and were very experienced at their trade. The old gutters and all debris were removed. The final cost matched their estimate. I would definitely recommend this company.

The estimate was done by John Luft - nice fellow, very professional and knowledgeable. The price was good and it provided good detail about the work to be done. A few days later, I decided to change one of the gutter guards in the estimate. I spoke with John - no problem. He emailed me a revised bid the next day. They did the job about a week after I accepted the bid. I am very pleased with the installation, and will certainly call A-1 again the next time I need gutter work.

I called for an estimate and they sent someone out within 2 days. I received a copy of the estimate detailing the work to be done and the cost the next day via email. After receiving estimates from 2 other companies i decided to go with A-1 as they were the cheapest and the woman (whose name I forget) who I spoke with on the phone was not only the friendliest but the most professional of the 3 companies that I dealt with. I signed and emailed a copy of estimate agreeing to the work back to them. Two days later i received a phone call the first thing in the morning telling me that they could be out that day to do the work. I asked them if I needed to be home and was told no. While I would have liked to have had a little more notice so that I could be there the work needed done ASAP as one of the downspouts had fallen off of the house and a storm was on it's way so I said to come out and do the work. When I got home the work was completed, much to my satisfaction, and you couldn't even tell that anyone had been in my yard. I am very pleased with A-1.

They did a nice job. They did an efficient and clean job. They came in and got the business taken care of. There was no mess or anything, it worked out fine.

Called A-1 for an estimate on gutter repair and cleaning on 11/28. John came to my house on 11/30 and I received an estimate on 12/2. I emailed the company my approval for their service on 12/10. I received a conformation that service would be scheduled ASAP. I never heard back from the company. I emailed the company on 12/28 to find out theat the crew was on vacation but someone would be contacting me after 1/2/12. Today is the 1/18/12 and still have not been contacted. Don't waste your time with this company. 2/

While the price surprised me a bit, I suspect that it was a fair price. We had a weather delay, but I don't blame A-1 for that. The installers were very professional as was the owner who gave us the estimate. I would have no problem using them again or recommending them to others.

The work went very well. John, the owner, the office staff and the installers are some of the nicest people I ever met. They are willing to go the extra mile to please the customer. John had them do some extra work and did not charge me extra for it. They even came back the next morning as I had called with a question and did not expect them to make the extra trip, but they did, and answered my question to my satisfaction. I had received 3 estimates and theirs was the most reasonable price.

I had a number of estimates and by far, I was most impressed with the knowledge of A-1's representative. He was familiar with installing rain chains which I had not found at other companies. Their quote was in the same ballpark as my other ones and he was willing to work around my contractor's timeline who was doing soffit repairs once the gutters were down. The workers who came were nice, knowledgeable, and willing to discuss my concerns. They cleaned up after themselves and I found the whole experience to be very pleasant. They got backed up because of the rain and I was concerned because my gutters had been off for almost two weeks, but when I contacted them about trying to get to my house as soon as they could, they were out within 24 hours. Would highly recommend this company.

They were wonderful! The person on the phone (Lee Ann) was friendly and courteous. She explained things well as to what we could expect. They understood that we were in a hurry because our home was going to have a real estate open house, and John squeezed us in. The new gutters and downspouts are beautiful. But here is the best part: John apparently unwound the young wisteria that we had growing up our downspout and porch column, installed the new downspout, and wound the wisteria back around, even going so far as to re-tie it. It was a considerate gesture that spoke volumes! We will be hiring them again soon to do some work on our new house.

I phoned the company well before the work was to be performed since I was planning to be away for a time. They worked with me to arrange for the installation to be done on a day that would be convenient for my schedule. During our telephone call, Sonya thoroughly and patiently answered each of my questions. They came out to give an estimate very soon after my initial call. Knowing that I was an Angie's List member, and without my asking, they included their Angie's List-member discount right on their estimate. The men did an excellent job installing the gutters and downspouts. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and also took away the old gutters. I would be glad to hire them again. We are very pleased with the results, especially when it rains.

I had 3 estimates done for gutter work on our small ranch home. A-1 was the last to complete the estimate but definitely worth the wait. Once the estimate was complete, the company emailed me and followed up with a phone call. All of my questions were answered in a friendly and patient manner. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes primarily due to replacing ONLY what was needed and finding a creative, effective way to correct the short shingle-overhang on our roof. Even more amazing is that my final bill was for LESS than the original quote! I appreciate and value the honesty of A-1 Seamless Gutters. I will recommend this company to friends, family, and neighbors.

John and his team worked excellently with the painter. They removed all the gutters and replaced the damaged wood so that the painter could do his work. Once the painting was completed A-1 installed all new gutters and downspouts. The gutters look great, they simplified the downspouts and the recent rains have given the gutters a good testing. I am very pleased with the friendly service I received from John and his assistant. They called to keep me updated on the schedule. The work was done promptly, the work site was left so clean you would not know they had been there except for the beautiful white gutters that have improved the look of the house greatly. I would use John's services again.

I had three top Angie's List companies out for gutter estimates. A-1 came in much lower than the others. I have been told to throw out the lowest estimate (why would I?) so I rechecked A-1's Angie's record, which was stellar. I then called Sonja to set up the service. I asked that I be called as I would like to be there when the work is done. Sonja called me a week later and said they would be out the next day. When the workers arrived, we discussed the proposed project and through talking with the guys they came up with a solution for my downspouts that I loved. It did cost me a little more ($75 over the original estimate) and they had to go back to the shop to pick up more materials, but I love the result and I have all the gutters going far from my home and they look like they have always been there. Great Job!

I was pleased. John came out and did the estimate and then sent me via e-mail what the price was. I was very satisfied with the work. The gutters drain well, that is what I was looking for.

On June 27 I called this company and left a voicemail. The following day I received this email: "We got your request and will let you know when we have some info for you." That was seventeen days ago. I'm still waiting for them to "let me know." Some may find it acceptable to wait longer than seventeen days. I do not. So I have some info for A-! Seamless Gutters: I won't be using you.

We've used them before, and were very happy with the quality of the work and the performance of the gutters in heavy rain. This time was no different. Quote was received promptly. Install was completed within a couples weeks of requesting the install. The install went smoothly, the installers were friendly, and the area was left clean. I actually couldn't tell they had been there besides the work they had done. These new gutter perform so much better than the old gutters, even with the gutter guards. Even in the heaviest rains, there is no overspill. The new downspouts also work well, and are solidly attached to the house.
