Brian Palmer, the owner has great vision and is very creative. I know that my landscape/Secret Garden will be outstanding when it is installed in the Spring.

Brian followed thru with everything we discussed and in a timely fashion.

I chose this company because the communication was very good initially. However, once the contract was signed, the communication left a lot to be desired. I came home one day to find wokers at my house. The company never called to confirm the start date. I also had an issue with a schrub that was replanted and they never returned my call. The workers did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. This company could be so much better if they improved their follow up and communication.

Unfortunately, I was not able to use Palmers services at this time, but they were courteous, and very quick to get back to me with a quote. I will most definately use them if my circumstances change.

Palmer's Lawn Care showed up at my home within 1 hour of my request. They were out the next day to cut the lawn. They did a quality job, for a great price!

I was in a pinch as my lawn tractor was at the shop and delayed as parts needed to be ordered. My lawn was over 6" long and was looking at another week to get my tractor back. I dropped Palmers a line in the morning and by 5 o'clock that afternoon my lawn was mowed and looking fantastic! Now THAT'S what I call service. I will surely pass on my experience to others about this fantastic company.

I am a stickler for great service and I was blown away by Brian's responsiveness. He had actually responded to my initial inquiry before I could check my email. He followed up with a prompt phone call, provided a reasonable estimate and RENDERED SERVICE within a 4 hour window! OUTSTANDING. I am looking forward to a long term business arrangement with Palmer's Lawn Care.

I called Brian on a snowy Saturday morning. He came out within the hour and did a great job with snow removal. He said he would come out whenever the snow was at two inches and has been true to his word.

Prompt good service

I was pleased witih the snow removal; however, I had advised that the apron was gravel and I was not able to tell until the snow melted that the gravel had been taken up the driveway and most of the apron is mud. I believe that the plow was too low when pushing the snow upwards. Thanks.

Brian was very nice to deal with. Any changes or mistakes that were noted were dealt with. Would have liked to have more communication with the subcontractors. It would have prevented extra expense and more work.
