+ -1 moreOne worker came out. It was fine. They couldn't get here as soon as I wanted them to. They were having the same problem that I had, they were having a family Christmas get together. It took less than an hour. They were less responsive than they should have been. I have had times where they haven't responded and I have had to go somewhere else. They were very punctual. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were here.
Description of Work: They replaced a mortar.
