The quality of their work was good, and they were helpful. They worked on keeping the roof in good shape and low, so we could save some money. I was happy with their reasonable price.

Prompt initial response for estimate. Owner gave detailed presentation about replacement windows and vinyl siding. This was the highest estimate out of the five I received however I felt the quality of the products appeared superior to the others I viewed. As a business owner myself, it was also important to me to hire a company that employed it's own installers who had worked for them for many years. Installers were prompt, courteous, unobtrusive and a nice group of guys. The supervisor of the team was friendly and communicative about what was going on. The owner also intermittently stopped by to check on progress. The windows and garage carpentry was done the first week (2 days) and they siding the next week. I was out of town when the exterior work was completed. Upon my return I had a couple questions and concerns which were immediately addressed to my satisfaction.

We had Wagner Home Improvement install aluminum siding to cover our garage door framing. Even though this was a small job, the workman did an excellent job, and went a little above and beyond to complete the work. We are very happy with the workmanship, response, and price. We have had Wagner do other projects for us and will call on them for our future work.

They were excellent. The garage looks great. They matched the garage roof to the house. They came out and did a survey matching the siding and roof to my house. They did a total tear off. Our garage and our neighbor's garage are very close. They were very careful not to disturb my neighbors yard. They were careful not to get any debris, siding or nails in my pool. They cleaned up after themselves and they were done when they said they would be done.

We were very satisfied. The workers were very professional. They always cleaned up all their messes and were always very respectful. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Larry Wagner was very responsive and helped us decide on the styles for the new windows. We had to make substantial changes to the old design which required more work than the discount replacement window companies will do.

We were very pleased with Wagner Home Improvement. Randy was very thorough in his initial visit. His estimate was below others we had investigated. They were on site when they said they would be, they cleaned up after themselves daily and completed the job on time.

They were quick to respond to our initial call for an estimate and we found the price reasonable, so we agreed to schedule the work. They scheduled us for about three weeks out-no specific date was determined. In the interim we had an inordinate amount of rain. When they didn't come for about 4 weeks, we called to find out what was going on. They were (understandably) quite backed up due to the heavy amounts of rain which precluded them from working. Of that we were understanding, but wish Wagner had called us to let us know that our work would be delayed. When they were able to come do the work, we didn't know ahead of time, they just showed up. The work itself was done very well and for the estimated price, but communication could have been better overall.

The experience was a positive one. They were very professional and neat. They were great at cleaning up after themselves. They were able to finish in great time.

The product is perfect, it is exactly what we were looking for. I really trusted them. They offered me a good product at a good price. They cleaned up very well and I would highly recommend them. They were very straightforward.

I asked for an estimate on replacing a flat roof. Although they canceled the first appointment due to weather, Randy was very punctual for the second appointment. He spent a lot of time reviewing the scope of work, making several recommendations. He committed to providing an estimate within 1 or 2 days. However, one month later I have never received any estimate either verbal or written.

Randy was very friendly, professional, and offered great advice, particularly for protecting our possessions stored in the attic during tear off. We requested a quote late in the Fall and had to wait for Spring to start the project. Once the weather broke, Bob's crew dropped off a trailer and tarped the back of the house. Two employees replaced the roof in sections and did a complete job by replacing step flashing on the chimney and replacing the sewer stack. Bob's team cleaned up the yard well. We have young children and neighborhood kids that play in our yard and can't keep shoes on their feet, so exceptional cleanup was imperative. We found less than a dozen nails in the yard and driveway. We needed to call twice before they came back to trim one edge of the roof where the shingles were not trimmed. When they came, they were very gracious and also kindly removed a cable from an old satellite dish that was stapled to the back of the house that I couldn t reach with my ladders. A different contractor installed the gutters and downspouts several days later. They too were friendly and did a great job. Our only complaint with the gutter contractor was the cleanup. We found several piles of shingle grit and nails in the yard that fell out of the gutters when removed. We also found several gutter nails in the gardens. The piles were not bad enough to call Wagner's to have them come clean up of the piles. The roof has been complete since April 2008 (now being October 2008) and has performed exactly as Randy said it would. He said it would look a little wavy initially as the wood "recovered" from having the weight of three layers removed and it has since leveled out. Also, the attic exhaust fan was roughly $300 and made a significant difference in keeping the second floor cooler during summer months. We will continue to recommend Wagner's services to neighbors and friends.

They were really nice people to work with. They completed the job in a decent amount of time and it looks really good. They are very professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

When we purchased the home, we found that the previous owner (who was to have installed the rolled roof), had actually used shingles. Because things were installed incorrectly, Wagner had to undo and correct the various problems (including replacing a lot of rotted wood) associated with mistakes by the previous owner. The only problem we had was with the weather, which delayed the project, but that obviously was not their fault, and otherwise they were great. Randy spent a lot of time before giving us the estimate explaining everything. He spent over and hour inside the house looking at the different aspects of the project. The whole crew was polite, courteous, friendly, and clean.

The gentleman who gave me my estimate responded quickly to my phone call. He came to my house within a few days. He answered all my questions clearly and intelligently. He was very thorough when checking the work that would need to be done. He advised to replace the vents (something I had not thought about) and said that this would reduce the heat in my attic. (He was right.) He gave me an estimate during the initial visit. After I agreed to the price, we talked about the color of the shingles. He gave me a couple of recommendations for my roof. (There were so many selections, that I asked for his help.) He told me that he would give me addresses of near-by houses that had used the color of shingles that we were discussing. Then, he called me the next day with the addresses. These locations were a great help--I could better visualize what my house would look like after the work was completed. When the crew came to do the work, the men were very professional. They answered any questions that I had. They were very neat while they worked and cleaned up every day. At the end of the job, everything was removed and I could not tell that anyone had been there. They kept the noise to a minimum. (They did not shout to each other and they played the radio at a reasonable sound level.) I was able to stay in my house during the project. The experience was much better than I anticipated.

It's a great experience working with Randy. He came out to look at the area of concern. This involved getting up on the roof and checking the area from all different angles. He was able to identify the probable source of the leak and advised that he would have his crew come out and fix it. He gave me an estimate of $250 and advised he would call me if they turned up anything unexpected once they got into the job. They came out in the next few days and fixed the problem. They didn't require that I was home, which was a great help. They left the area very neat.

My experience was great from beginning to end. Larry came to my house to give me an estimate on replacing the windows. He didn't try to "over" sell me, but seemed to want to make sure the windows were appropriate for my house. Larry was also very thorough in explaining all features of the windows. When it came time for the installation, they were on time and left the room very clean (the installation took 2+ days). They ran into a problem with some rotted wood around one of the windows. Larry replaced the wood, but didn't go overboard (i.e., tearing off siding and paneling inside the room). I appreciated the fact that he handled the situation like it was his own home. I will use Wagner when it comes time to replace the rest of the windows in my home.

I have never had a better done for me. Everything was smooth sailing. The did even more than what they told. They were very professional. I can not say enough good things about this company. The salesman even came out to check out on the work several times. They cleaned up after them selves.

They did a very good job and their price was very reasonable. They also re-flashed my roof and around my chimney. If I ever need my roof replace, I will definitely call on Wagner for an estimate.
