Description of Work: A very knowledgeable guy named Dan (whom I saw mentioned in many other testimonies about Parma Plumbing) came promptly to my house and assessed the problem with the old stems inside my bathtub faucets. He went to the supply store, came back and finished the project in about an hour. He quoted me a price that was substantially below another estimate that I had received. Very happy!

Description of Work: Old toilet tank cracked, so they bought an entire toilet for me and replaced it along with a new shut off valve. Considering the approximate price of the toilet, I think the total price was fair. Dan did a nice job arriving early and getting right to work.

THEY ARE THE MOST GENUINE, HARD WORKING CLEAN AND TIDY PLUMBERS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. I NEVER LIKE THE FEELING OF NOT GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR. WITH PARMA PLUMBING I HAVE COME TO EXPECT YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

ALTHOUGH THEY WERE DISPACTCHED ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER THAN THE TIME ESTIMATE I WAS GIVEN DURING MY INITIAL CALL, THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE 30- TO 45-MINUTE TIME WINDOW I WAS GIVEN ONCE DISPATCHED.
Description of Work: SNAKED MAIN SEWER LINE FROM BASEMENT ABOUT 90 FEET TO STREET. CLEARED TREE ROOT GROWTH BLOCKING LINE ABOUT 25 TO 30 OUT.
