Jim and crew were excellent. They arrived on time and were courteous during the entire removal process. The oak trees were extremely rotted and decayed and we couldn't be more thankful that they were safely removed with no major damage to the surrounding areas in our yard or house. Minimal divots were left in our yard compared to the size and weight of the trees, however, we were informed ahead of time that was a possibility. The entire job took 12+ hours and the crew still did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the night. We highly recommend Jim's All Seasons and would use them again.

This company provided excellent service. The entire crew was very knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I were so impressed with their skill. Their equipment was top-notch. A huge crane had to be used to get the tree pieces (which were very large) from the back yard to the front so the tree could be ground up at the curb. This entire process was quite a feat to watch. This crew worked very hard all day long and got the job done. After the tree was removed, the stump grinder came and removed all traces of the stump. So to answer the question, the work went very well.

The job was completed with minimal damage to the surrounding trees. Our crew person was extremely careful in maneuvering the lift bucket to where the work needed to be done. This isn't the first time we've used Jim's All Seasons for tree work, they have repeatedly earned our trust and respect.

It went pretty well, cleaned up after themselves pretty well although I wish they had mentioned ahead of time that it would be an extra charge to have the mulch from the Oak tree removed, and as this wasn't arranged they didn't have the necessary tools to get rid of it by the end of the night. It took about 5 hours longer than originally projected, however, I can't really blame them as the Oak tree was massive and I'm not surprised if they underestimated it (it was a monster). When I redo my back porch in the spring or summer they are going to finish grinding the stump of the Oak (part of it goes under the porch) and the pine that they missed last time.

WONDERFUL. Very quick service - talked to Jim on Thursday, he came out for a quote on Saturday, and his guys showed up the following Thursday, first thing in the morning, and had the work done within hours. I couldn't be more happy. They left our yard and porch area cleaner than they found it! They had to use a basket crane to trim the large oak b/c it was hanging over our slate roof - there was no damage to my yard, no damage to my house. Just an outstanding experience. Will use again in the future. Very reasonable pricing.

Received estimates from 4 local tree companies to remove three large oak trees and one small ornamental tree. I also received quotes to grind the stumps and remove the stump grindings. Jim broke out the price for all the trees, stump grindings and removal. I actually did not ask him to give me a quote on the ornamental tree originally but they agreed to remove it for the average price of the other three quotes. On my property Jim was able to use his large crane truck to remove the trees. I had to sign a waiver for any ground damage caused by the truck which I was hesitant about but since the price was so much lower than the competitors I agreed. The crew showed up at 8:30 AM on Monday to remove the trees and were on their way by 3:00 PM. The stump grinder, a seperate contractor sent out by Jim's All Seasons, ground the stumps. The grindings were removed a couple days later by Jim's All Season's. While I didn't know that this would be a multi day process with more than one contractor involved it was no problem. The crew that came to remove the tree worked quickly and safely. They placed boards down to protect the lawn and sidewalk from their heavy trucks and blew the leaves from the area when the were finished. In terms of price, no one came close to Jim's All Season's. While they used the boards to protect the sidewalk and lawn their was some small damage to the lawn. The damage caused is nothing that couldn't easily be fixed and was part of the risk of using the large trucks to remove the trees. Jim mad me aware of the possible damage but again it was minimal and expected due to the large trucks used to bring down the trees and the somewhat soft condition of the ground the day they removed the trees. If I had it to do all over again I would choose Jim's again. The work they performed looked great and was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Jim's All Seasons.

Excellent overall outcome. The total job took less two hours and my tree looks great! Would highly recommend Jim's All Seasons LLC and should I need future tree services he's the first person I'd call.

The crew was very professional and quickly dispatched the seven dead/dying trees from the yard. They cleaned up all the debris and the yard looked better than when they arrived. They had a separate worker come the next day and grind the stumps. I was very pleased with the job and the attitude of all the crew members. I would definitely use the company again

Outstanding in cutting down this huge oak tree and then cleaning up after themselves.

I arranged with Jim for them to work while I was not home so I did not see them working, I had zero complaints from my neighbors though. In fact one of them had them quote some work on the spot I was told later. THere was some visible tire tracks from the bucket truck in the side yard, but that was expected as it had ben raining earlier that week and the night before, no surprises there. They left the remaining logs in place after cutting them down into smaller pieces that I have since stacked. The yard was clean of small debris and brush and I dropped off the check later that night. I had several quotes to do the above work form other Tree Service companies and Jim's was by far the best!

Very quick to respond to first call. Provided estimate for work and completed the job within the week. Jim's All Seasons had a responsive, punctual, and considerate crew. A great team!

From the time of contacting company to get an estimate to getting the work done was a week. Very quick, cleaned up worksite. Would use them again.

I called Jim on Thursday, 09/13/2012, to request a bid to have some work done on one of my trees in my yard. He came to my home on Saturday, 09/15/2012 and gave me his quote. Jim and his crew arrived at my home on Monday, 09/24/2012 as he had promised. Jim, as well as each of his employees, were very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. They completed the job well to my satisfaction. They explained what they had done and answered all my questions. All the limbs, branches and twigs were gathered up and chipped up and taken away. Other than the missing dead wood in the tree, there was no evidence they had ever been here. All in all, I could not have been more satisfied with the work done by Jim's All Seasons LLC. I give them my highest recommendation.

An estimate was given in advance and everything to be done was explained. I was given a choice of work dates. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew was on time and courteous. They literally worked all day. All debris was removed and fhe area was cleaned up as though they were never there. The only negative was the grinder was in my driveway and going all day, and the heat from it burned out the grass next to it.There was no way of knowing this at the time, because the damage did not show up for several days.

Jim and his team are absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I were very concerned about the removal of two (one in particular) very large 25 feet+ Canadian Maple Trees that there would be damage to our landscaping if it we had then removed. The trees were both completely dead and had to come down before it would come crashing down. The larger tree was right in the center of a brand new decorative 1,000 concrete patio, with one side totally surrounded with a very large 7 foot high pond that we had built the prior year. We called Jim, and WOW they came out the very next day to check it and give us an estimate. I've never had an experience where a service company was this thorough, quick to respond and followed through so carefully with their service----and I have done a lot of contract work in my home over the last 20 years! These guys came out quickly, took every bit of care to make sure the tree didn't damage my flower beds (and it was a tight space), that nothing fell in or on the pond (they covered it all up prior to cutting) and that nothing damaged my patio furniture or wood swings. Within a few hours---both tree's were down. In addition, they took the time to clean, and sweep my patio of any debrie, cleared the walkway areas, put all the wood in a clear area for us to use in the future, and left my patio in better shape than when they arrived. I would absolutely use their services again, and in fact am recommending them to my neighbor. Jim's team was highly professional, concerned, careful and meticulous in providing their services at a very reasonable cost. My husband and I are both impressed and highly pleased---and relieved that the tree's are gone before they could do any damage. Thank you Jim & James and team!

We called and left a voicemail that we wanted an estimate for tree work, and someone from the company came out the next day to take a look at what we wanted to do and put together an estimate. We did not get a call back with the estimate amount and had to call them, but we signed off on the work and they came out within a few days of our receiving the estimate. They said they would be out in the afternoon but did not arrive until almost 6:00 PM but that didn't pose a problem for us. They took down two small tress in our back yard and trimmed several large branches off another tree in our front yard. The tree in the front yard was tricky because it was close to the house. They used a bucket truck and were very carefull so nothing was damaged. They also did a very thorough cleanup. The whole job was done in less than two hours, including a little bit of work they did for our next door neighbor on the same service call.

Called and left a detailed message. Jim returned call promptly. Came over and gave competitive quote we scheduled work. Gave an approximate arrival time of 12:00-2:00. They arrived at 4:30. I understand jobs can run longer than estimated, but a phone call would have been appreciated as I also have obligations. They did an outstanding job. I have to say our apple tree was loaded with apples and they cleaned almost every apple from our yard. They were conscientious about cleaning the street as well. Overall it was a good experience.

Jim and his crew and equipment arrived at our home at the designated day and time. The set up the crane in our front yard and extended the boom over our home to gain access to the tree. We were quite nervous about a crane swinging large portions of tree trunks over our house, but, as Jim explained, there was really no other practical and cost effective way to remove the tree. Jim and his crew were very professional in their approach and worked as a well coordinated team with the crane operator to complete the tree removal in less than a day, and without incident. The crew cleaned up all areas in both the front and back yards. Later that day, another individual came to our home to grind out the stump. The whole process went extremely well and we were very pleased with the results. Clearly, Jim's All Season is set up to complete these types of difficult jobs (other contractors we contacted passed on bidding the job because of the difficulty). The cost, while significant, was reasonable given the difficulty of the job and the special equipment required to complete it.

Jim hadn't gotten back to us on our first call, but when he did come he was very apologetic and willing to estimate and get the job done ASAP. Scheduled within three days of his estimate visit. Crew was professional and got down to business immediately upon arriving. Cleanup could have been just a tad better in the front yard, but overall they did a good job, and we will probably contact them againin the fall to take down two almost dead elms, which we think have succumbed to the elm boarer. :(
