The crew showed-up on time and was very professional. We went over the details of the job and they began right away. Nice equipment, operated safely and professionally. Two and a half hours later they were cleaning up and reviewing the site with me. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely recommend to any one.

Jim was quick to respond to my voicemail and within a week I had the tree taken down. My wife actually dealt with him in phone calls and scheduling. She said he was very nice and professional. Tree came down in a few hours. They even left me some limbs at my request for our outdoor fire pit. Cleanup was great and price included stump grinding.

First off, I was very happy with the quote. Jim didn't tell me I needed more work done on my trees than was actually needed. I appreciated this because who wants to be ripped off? The price was also cheaper due to the fact that the crew was able to get their truck with a boom lift, into my backyard. They worked hard and completed all the tree trimming that was needed in about three hours. They did everything that I had asked for, even after the initial quote was given without charging extra. The guys were courteous and honest. As a customer, I very much appreciate that! I had two other quotes that were a little over twice as much as what Jim's All Seasons charged me. I think part of that is because of the boom lift that they have & also that they didn't tell me that I needed more work done than was needed. I would call Jim's All Season back for any other work I may need in the future and I will most definitely refer my colleagues to them for tree service. Very happy!

This company was awesome to work with. They arrived on the day and time that was agreed upon. There were a few issues regarding lack of room in our backyard for the equipment and, with our approval, they removed part of the wood fence to allow enough room and then replaced it when they were done. You'd never know they removed it! They also had to remove the air conditioner from the side window of our house, as the window is facing the driveway and they needed the room for the trucks to back in. I was home alone and couldn't do this myself, but they said no problem and took the air conditioner out of the window and placed it on our porch for me. They were done within 3-1/2 hours! They were well organized and cleaned up the mess quickly and efficiently. Except for a few stray leaves, you'd never know any work was done! All of the guys were courteous and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for future work.

The team was punctual and very proficient. I requested they come back for extra work I later decided I needed done and were back right away. They performed all work requested and cleaned up everything. They were the most reasonable of all the estimates I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of tree service.

My yard used to contain numerous huge pine trees, most of which came down in a storm in 2011 and destroyed the second story of my house. All were in the back yard, felled by the tornado which came from the west. Two of the group remained standing in the side yard of my house, ready to fall on it or my neighbor's in the next severe windstorm. I checked Angie's list for a tree removal service near my home and found Jim's All Seasons very highly rated. I emailed Jim describing the situation and asking for an estimate. The next evening I received a phone call from him, saying he was in the neighborhood and would like to examine the site. He drove over and checked out the job, and quoted me a price of $500.00 to take down both trees and remove all debris if he could bring his crane up the neighbor's driveway. Without the crane, it would cost $800.00. My neighbor signed the damage waiver Jim provided, which only referred to damage to the driveway, which he gave permission to use. On May 21, I emailed him the signed waiver and he called me the next day, offering to come on the morning of the 23rd to do the job. At 9:30 AM, his crew, led by Dave, showed up with a shredder, crane, and cherry picker. Dave examined the site, and determined the crane wouldn't fit far enough up the driveway to do the work, so his crew went up into the trees and dropped them in pieces. They did absolutely no damage to any surrounding vegetation or structures, replaced a section of a fence they'd had to remove to gain access, and rehung my internet cable, which had to come down to allow a clear path for the falling trees. This work was all done in a space only about 12 feet wide. They removed all the debris, raked the area, blew the neighbor's driveway clean, and left absolutely no trace of themselves, even cutting the stumps flush with the ground. The final charges were $864.00 with tax. Very reasonable. I will be calling them back to take down the rest of the old pine trees in the front yard. Dave even took time to greet and play with my elderly dog, to show her that his crew were invited guests and not invaders for her to worry about.

Very impressed ! Called Jim on Thursday and he called back and was out by Tuesday. Two large trucks and four guys showed up during today's terrible winter weather. One climbed and another worked out of a lift bucket. Honestly, my wife and I said there was no way with e weather and all the work they did that they would stay within our 500 dollar budget. They diid and even picks up another trim job from my neighbor while they were here. Very impressed and would use them again without hesitation.

The crew first trimmed the large living oak tree so they had better access to remove the dead tree. The tree to be removed was very close to a 3 story home and large branches were over the roof. They carefully took down the dead tree, removed it, and cleaned up all branches from both trees, and also cleaned up some other branches from a nearby pile for us. Stump removal was done by a separate company that they recommended. Excellent work, fast, skillful, and personable. Will definitely recommend them.

They came to our house in a timely manner to give an estimate. They completed the job within a week of my initial contact with them. The team was professional and courteous. The job was completed within the time frame that I was given. They cleaned up every leaf and branch when they were done. They even got on my roof and cleared the gutters of debris and leaves. They were also careful to clear up any stray debris from our neighbor's lawns and the road. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

We have used Jim's All Seasons on two occasions for tree and stump removal. The first time I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness and the services they provided. One day we had a large pine tree fall across our yard and part of our driveway (shortly after Superstorm Sandy passed through Cleveland). As soon as we found it, we called Jim (and a few others) and he got back to us with an hour or two with a very reasonable estimate (after driving by our house and seeing the tree). His bid beat out everyone else we called and he was the only one to call us back the same day. The next day by the time I got home from work, the tree was gone and the stump was ground out the next day. They also took care of a small white birch tree that I hadn't been able to remove myself, without my even asking (although it was evident that the tree needed to be removed). We used Jim again over the summer to remove 1 large pine tree, 1 large hybrid tree, 3 bushes (each about 6 ft tall) and 1 large creeping bush. Since it was a bigger job it took a week or two to get on their schedule (after getting an estimate in a very timely fashion) and before we knew it the job was done. Jim's team was very professional, skilled and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal services.

They were very good. The pricing was very good especially compared to their competitors.

So far, it's really good. I called them on a Friday and they came over on Saturday. They beat the other company that we have used before by about $400.00. They scheduled me in really fast. They'll be out next Tuesday.

It went very well. They were able to clean more branches that I thought they would - the tree looks very nice now (and safe) without all those dead branches hanging over our heads.

Jim provided a verbal quote to me last summer for my tree removal. I wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger then however when the time came a year later I called Jim and he honored his verbal quote. I let Jim know that I was ready whenever he could fit me in. Jim called a few days later and sent guys as soon as I said it was ok. Four guys showed up and spent about six hours removing the tree. Smaller branches were all fed to the chipper and larger wood was cut into manageable pieces to be split by me later. Everyone was friendly and they took care and caution while bringing branches down around mine and my neighbors houses and garages. Everything was cleaned up, leaves, branches and wood chips. If they could have used their crane or bucket truck I am sure it would have taken much less time but I preferred that they climb the tree due to a new driveway I poured. I will use them again if the need arises and will also recommend them to family and friends. Thanks!

Was the lowest of 6 estimates I got. Fit me in 2 days after the estimate. Removed a sick 25 to 30 foot plum tree, removed 10 white/Austrian pines 15 to 25 footers, shredded everything into a truck, and had all 11 stumps ground up. Their stump guy even ground up a few old pine stumps I had in the same area at no charge. Trimmed 3 big maples, 2 with branches hanging over the house and a Canadian hemlock with same. They did miss a few limbs with branches close to the house but came back and did them when they had time and were in the area, and trimmed some extra branches then. Their cleanup wasn't up to my standards but my standards are probably unrealistic on this kind of job.

Went well overall. The price and service were excellent. However, we had a bit to clean up from some branches not being taken by them.

These guys were really impressive. I couldn't be happier. I was going to bid this job out to a couple of companies. Jim's was the second company I got an estimate from. I called for a quote on Tuesday, and Jim came out later that afternoon. After discussing the job with him, I was satisfied with his offer and decided to hire them on the spot rather than to continue getting bids. He scheduled the work for two days later. Jim and his crew arrived on Thursday afternoon, and let me tell you, this isn't some one-guy-and-a-chainsaw operation. Six or seven guys showed up in three trucks. They fanned out in my back yard and immediately got to work felling trees and cutting them up. They had their system down pat. My neighbor allowed them to park their wood chipper in his driveway (fortunately, I have good neighbors), so that they could get rid of the smaller limbs, and they hauled away the thicker stuff. They promised to clean up, and they did a fantastic job. This was NOT one of those deals where they half-heartedly pick up the bigger stuff and you have to go back and get the little stuff yourself. They really did it right. All in all, they finished the job in a little under two-and-a-half hours. They worked fast. Another bonus: there were no boom boxes, and nobody was yelling at the top of their lungs and dropping f bombs and carrying on like fools like you see with some work crews. These guys were very professional, and I highly recommend them. In fact, another one of my neighbors was watching them work and he hired them to do his trees.

Called company on 5/6/13. Company returned call 5/6/13. Estimate given 5/7/13. Work done 5/9/13. Wonderful job with the trimming. There was not one piece of debris left in the yard when the workmen left.

They came and the crew finished the work within a 1/2 hour

Jim's employees arrived on time and went right to work and finished the job in about 4 hours. They removed all debris and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them!

. The tree was partial down and held up by another tree. This was a difficult and dangious job that they handled well. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism displayed by these people. They arrived on time . The went right to work and had the lower part of this tree cut and fully on the ground in about 20 minutes. I was afraid to try it because is was partly in the air. By the 45 min mark they had this 45 ft tree complete removed and all the branches ground up and in their truck. The even promised me a load of wood the next time they do a tree removal in the naborhood.

We called for an estimate and Jim came over within a few days. We hired him to remove several large bushes from the front of our house. We also had to have the stumps removed. All the work was done within a week of my first phone call. I would definitely use this company again.
