I wasn't overly impressed with them. They could improve on their quality and the professionalism. You deal with the owner and the people they send is a whole different story, and that is where they fell short.

This was my second time using Jim's All Seasons. Our neighbor has a tree with a great deal of overhang into my back yard which covered my satellite dish and was extending over to the roof of my house. I contacted Jim to have them trim the tree back which their crew did. They had to work around some electrical lines and they did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards. If I have need for future tree trimming, I will call them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Jimmy responded very quickly to my voicemail. He then provided an estimate for me shortly thereafter. Pricing I felt was very reasonable; especially after receiving other bids. Jimmy was able to fit me in at the end of the following week. He did have to push me back a day due to severe weather in the area. Also, their truck broke down and arrived 2 hours late. While the truck was being fixed, the "Stump Buster" ground out the the large stump in the back yard, cut the trees down and then ground out the remaining stumps. All they had to do when they arrived was throw the trees in the chipper. At the end of the day I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Jimmy was prompt with giving an estimate. Price was fair for the work performed. Scheduling was a breeze. The crew was on time, professional, and got the work done quickly. This was by far one of the better experiences I have had with using a contractor.

They were able to schedule on a Saturday (our preference) within 3 weeks after giving us a quote. The crew arrived 45 minutes early and were done within the hour. I only wish they had been more careful when hauling out the debris as they did damage one of my newly planted roses (not seriously). Job was priced exactly as quoted. Overall it was a job well done and I would recommend this company.

Quote was prompt and properly explained. On the day of the job they were on time, professional, and courteous. It took close to the time that was estimated. A very good job. I highly recommend them.

I've used Jim's All Seasons in the past, he had lower rates, and they did a good job so I didn't bother checking other companies. Jim responded the same day to my email thru Angie's List. I received an estimate within 2 days, and the work was done a few days later. Initially I requested an estimate for only trimming out the dead wood from the oak tree. The price was good and then asked about additional work. Lucky for me, they had time to do the additional work for some extra money. They arrived on time, worked on the other trees while one of their men was setting up his gear for the oak tree. Due to the property access, they were not able to use the cherry picker and had to climb the oak tree. It was impressive watching the work. The lowest branch to be removed was at about 35 ft and others higher up. They did a good job cleaning up the yard and everything went into the chipper.

They were supposed to have 3 men but they only had 2. They thought they would be using their cherry picker but they couldn't get it into the driveway. As a result, they had their truck on the wrong side of the street on garbage day. Jimmy, who gave the estimate, thought they could just cut the tree and let it fall. It was too tall. Luckily, the guys that came out did get it down safely. Jimmy didn't prepare them for the fact that the branches would have thorns, so I loaned them work gloves and a ladder. The point is they were not actually prepared for the job they had. However, they did get all the branches off and removed the trunk in sections, safely. They got lots of sawdust on the overhang on my back door which they did not blow off. Other than that, they cleaned up well. They left me a stack of firewood at my request. They would have hauled it all off for free, which not all companies do.They also recommended a stump removal service that did a fine job of grinding the stump at an additional charge.

He was the only contractor that responded. He was out the next morning. He gave us an estimate and arranged to have a crane come out the next day. All went well. The tree was lifted off, cut up and hauled away. The roof and driveway was blown clean. All were professional and courteous. The only problem was the crane truck cracked the driveway. We have no recourse because they made us sign a waiver or they wouldn't bring in the crane. The actual break was caused by the crane riding up over the curbed edge of the driveway apron instead of staying on the flat surface of the drive.

First Jimmy came out to provide an estimate within 2 days of my call. We met and talked over my situation. One tree had grown into the chain link fence, and there were power lines running overhead. Plus it's a small Lakewood lot so no crane or lift bucket could be used on my property. His crew arrived on time and ready to work. The foreman went over what was to be removed etc. He said that the power lines wouldn't be a problem....and they weren't. This crew was super professional and super efficient too. Within 3 hours the work was done and the work site was cleaned up too. Later that day the man who Jimmy uses to grind the stumps called me and he will be here tomorrow. I was so impressed that I recommended them to my sister who is looking for tree trimming to be done. And yes, I do like my sister!

I contacted Jim's All Seasons Tree Service, through Angie's website. Jimmy left the estimate, and I called him the next day and had the work done the following week. I was having some other work done and wanted to wait until that was finished, before having the trees removed. I was not at home, but my mother, said that the trees were down in no time. The stumps were ground up, and the crew cleaned everything up. They cut down a 45+ year old spruce and a 40 year old King Crimson Maple, that were partially dead. Cut up some of the logs for firewood, ground the stumps and hauled away all debris. When I got home, it looked so much better. Two neighbors have asked for their phone number. I even printed the coupon, that saved 5%.

During the rain on Saturday, a large tree fell and partially went through the roof of my shed. I contacted Jim's All Seasons and he came out that same night to look at the damage and give me an estimate. He was very thorough in his inspection, even as it was getting dark. He then told me how he thought this project could be resolved and was on the phone lining up his workers that night at my home. He was able to schedule the tree removal for the next morning, Sunday. He and his crew were prompt and efficient. I was told what was going to happen during the entire process and there were no surprises. They removed the damaged tree, hauled away the debris, chopped up the bigger pieces for firewood, cleaned up the yard and even tarped the hole in the roof of the shed so no water would not get in. I was more than satisfied with the whole process. I do plan on contacting this company in the fall to do more tree removal.

The crew arrived right on time to cut down a rather large dead Maple tree in my front yard. It took about 6 hours from start to finish. A previous owner of my house had some concrete poured inside the tree so at the start they were unsure just how far down they could take the tree. When they got to the area that they could start to look for the concrete they did so and did find some concrete dribbled down the inside of the trunk. They were able to saw around those parts and ended up being able to take most of the trunk down. They left about 3 or 4 feet of stump. I didn't notice this before the crew left. The tree stump was left uneven with a kind of "lip" of about 4" left around half of the stump. A neighbor of mine volunteered to use his chain saw to even out the stump. I was also told there would be some divots in my front yard from the big limbs dropping down when they were cut. I think of divots on the golf course but the divots in my yard are more like gaping holes that I will have to get fill dirt and grass seed to repair. And there are also several dead spots in the grass that I'm not sure what caused that, maybe from the limbs dropping from so high above it killed the surface grass? But my yard now looks terrible. I took pictures of the uneven stump and the damaged yard and I would post them here if I was able but can't figure out how to do that.

I contacted Jim to get an estimate to remove 3 trees from my backyard. Jim went to my house the same day I called and left an estimate in my mailbox. I called him the next morning to schedule the work. He told me they would be able to cut the trees down that same day. His crew came over, cut the trees down and hauled away all the debris. When I got home from work that evening, it looked great and they cleaned up so well that I couldn't even tell that trees had ever been there. If I should need Jim's services again, I would definitely call him and I would highly recommend Jim's All Seasons anyone.

When I called All Seasons, Jimmy ( an expert who does the quoting) came out within a day or two and gave me a written quote. He separated out the stump grinding cost because depending on type of location they coordinate with Stump Busters. He explained the process to me and also some of the possible problems -such as cracking in my concrete driveway. The quote was approximately $1000 less than two other quotes I received. This is because the other companies did not have cranes and would need to "rent out" from other companies. A crane is a complicated piece of machinery and the trust and teamwork between the operator of the crane and the climber in the tree is a necessity. You want the company that owns and has experience with the crane. It was a cold day and a team of 5 worked for probably 10 hours carefully removing the tree, loading the large wood on a flatbed, grinding all the branches and general cleanup. They were professional, courteous and very good at their jobs. The yard was cleaned up and the driveway swept before they left. Better yet with the small yards there was no damage to my neighbors lawn. Mild depression in the grass that came back up. (The crane support legs were on my neighbors lawn- on boards. The lead crew guy went over and explained everything to my neighbor before bringing the crane up. ) As expected there was some damage to the old driveway because a crane is heavy. We had planned on replacing the driveway so this was not an issue. More depression in areas than actual cracks. Once the garage came down I called Stump Busters and Joe came out within a day or two. (He has a unit that comes off the truck and can be maneuvered to more inaccessible areas. ) He charged me the original quoted price. Again - very professional, courteous and capable. He left his card and said if the concrete crew had any problems with the depth of the stump removal to call him. He also explained to me how to construct the new fence so I wouldn't run into issues with the old stump. Good customer service. I was extremely pleased with the job and would call them again. The other thing I would suggest is making sure the company has insurance. Jim's All Season has insurance but I found that at least one of the two other quotes I received came from a company without insurance.

They did a great job. We had them come out just before the winter, because we were concerned about the heavy snows and the branches, and they did a great job. They were required to bring their truck out in the back yard. They are efficient, and they do a real good job. We haven't had any branches fall, and they laid planks when they brought trucks in so they didn't leave tracks in the lawn. They are real good people.

The service was good. A crew came out and it took them a couple of hours to complete the job. They did a good job cleaning everything up. I would say that they have reasonable prices, came on time and did a great job.

They took care of a lot of dead ash trees on our property this year. They are extremely professional. They keep things clean and neat and do a good job every time.

Jimmy was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and gave several options as to how we could handle the remaining tree trunk, each at different price points. He also offered advice around the pros and cons of our options. We made our decision and within a couple of days it was taken care of with payment collected in person that evening since we were not home at the time of work. Overall, good experience.

The tree removal was scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and Jim arrived promptly at 9:00. They did a great job removing the tree without disturbing any of the surrounding. Stump was removed below grade and cleanup afterword was superb. They charged a fair price for performing a great job. I would most definitely use Jim again and highly recommend him!

AWESOME THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME 9:00AM. BACKED THE TRUCK IN AND WENT TO WORK THERE WAS NO STOPPING THESE GENTLEMAN WERE AMAZING THE RESPECTFUL WITH MY HOME AND FOR EACH OTHER. BEFORE I KNEW IT THE TREES WERE GONE AND EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN EXCEPT FOR THE TREES BEING GONE YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WORK WAS DONE HERE. RAKED SWEPT. GREAT JOB RECOMMENDED

Jim's crew was amazing. The hope was to get the job done with a crane and when they realized that it was not possible, the job took much longer. Although the job was going to be much more time consuming than planned, they finished the work at the agreed upon price. All went well and they cleaned up nice. Thanks for a job well done!

Called Jimmy Monday morning left a message. He called after he'd looked at the worked and had an estimate which i thought was reasonable and i was ready to have him do the work. We scheduled for Thursday. On Tuesday morning he called and said he was finishing a job earlier than expected and could do the work that day. I was at work but that was fine with me. When i came home i was very pleased with the job his crew had done. The birch was very well cared for in terms of balance and trimming and the maple had some major work and was opened up beautifully. The foreman even found that my front gutter had come loose (unbeknownst to me) and went ahead and fixed that when he was doing the birch at no extra charge. Jimmy came by Tuesday night to check on the work and I was very satisfied. I'm very pleased with the service and have already recommended him to two of my friends who are intending to call for estimates in the next week.

Excellently. They showed up when they said they would, took down the trees efficiently, cleaned up and left. The cost was exactly what they had estimated. Highly recommended.

Jimmy was very professional for the quote. The workers came out on time, were very polite and well spoken on confirming the work and making sure everything that needed to be trimmed was ok. Would hire again. I was a little confused on the tree stump removal service being outsourced by another company but one call to Jimmy and was put at ease.
