Description of Work: Steve Jerome has been our plumber for years - has done routine maintenance on toilets and tubs, as well as replaced the water heater, etc. But I am writing about a call I received recently from my electrician, PJ Hughes. Two years ago, Mr. Hughes installed an in-line generator at our home, and he needed gas line work to set it up. Of course, we called Steve, and the work was perfect, as usual Just a few weeks ago, I got a call from Mr. Hughes, asking for Steve's contact information, because HE had such a good experience working with this competent plumber. When fellow professionals want to use your services, that is high praise indeed. It didn't surprise me to read in other reviews how prompt and responsive Steve is - that is my experience, too. It also is true that Steve is always honest - pointing you to the right person, telling you what can and cannot be done. When you live in an older house, this is invaluable.

Description of Work: Our 20 yr old hot water heater sprung a leak; we called them, they were here the next day, replaced the tank, cleaned up the area around the water tank better than it was before they arrived. We have used them on several previous occasions, and have always been exceptionally well satisfied with their punctuality, quality of work, and price.
