From Eli's estimate to Cyril's workmanship I have nothing but praise for Glass Block Headquarters. Because this was an emergency situation, I called around for whoever could get the repair work done in a timely fashion. The usual "Window" companies just couldn't (or wouldn't) move on this with the looming holiday. Somebody suggested going with glass block and I'm glad they did because I am more than pleased with the work that was done. Felt bad for Cyril having to work in a foot of snow, but I didn't hear him complain once. AND yes, he insisted on taking his shoes off for the entire inside work. I plan on having them back this Spring for replacement vinyl windows. If I could I would rate them an A+.

They were very prompt. The price was reasonable. The total was $375. They even had to cut away some iron bars over the old windows and they did that with no extra fee. I was very pleased with their service. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

the new glass block windows look really nice, and i plan to have the other 4 installed next year by the same company, preferably by the same worker, Scott. He did a great job, and he really knew what he was doing.

They came out and replaced all the 7 windows in one day itself. The way they cleaned up was just remarkable. You couldn’t tell anyone that they had come out and got the work done, as there was no dust at all. They were very good. I was very happy with their work as well as the windows. I will use their services in the future and I would recommend them to others as well.

It was great because the guy explained to me the different types of glass block that were available. I want privacy when I'm downstairs using the treadmill and he explained to me which one would be the best. The one I was going to pick for it's attractiveness he told me would not give me the best privacy. They are all the same price but he steered me toward the one that would give me the coverage that I was looking for.

It went pretty well except the interior mortar has cracks in it. I called the company and the assured me that it was normal and that there are no structure problems and there is nothing they can do. I think it still looks bad. They said they are actually going to tell people or give them a form stating this will occur. Well, they didn't tell me before which annoyed me.

I received an estimate which was $100 more than what they advertised in the Gold Clipper Magazine (could have been due to windows were boarded). I was scheduled for installation on 04/13/07 at 9 AM, which they arrived promptly and completed, all work within a 4-hour time-frame. After the completion, their representative requested I look at the windows, which looked fine. Later that evening, when my son checked the windows he discovered the windows were not sealed properly. You could see clear through to the outside at the seams on some of the windows. I contacted them 04/16/07, advised the problem, and was told I would get a call back later that day. There was no call back or a call on Tuesday; I contacted them again on Wednesday. One of their office representatives told me that someone would call and schedule me for repairs. I received a call back later Wednesday and was scheduled for repairs on Friday which they returned and sealed all the windows properly.

THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, DID GREAT WORK, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, WERE POLITE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

FIRST INSTALLATION - THE INCORRECT SIZED WINDOWS USED; FILLED IN WITH PLANKS OF WOOD. SECOND INSTALLATION - CORRECT SIZED WINDOWS, BUT CLEAN UP LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED. WHILE THE INSTALLERS, ON THE FIRST INSTALLATION, WERE COURTEOUS, I STILL HAD TO CLEAN UP AFTER BOTH INSTALLATIONS.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I AM A CONTRACTOR AND I NEEDED THEM MADE A SPECIFIC WAY, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THAT. I BELIEVE THE PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. I PLAN TO HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE AND EVEN DO SOME PERSONAL WORK FOR ME. I THOUGHT THEY CLEANED WELL TOO. IT IS HARD TO FIND THAT IN A COMPANY THESE DAYS. MY STANDARDS ARE HIGH AND THEY MET THEM WHICH WAS SUPRISING. GREAT JOB.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. 3 OF THE 6 WINDOWS HAVE VENTS IN THEM.
