Description of Work: They refinished an 80-year-old baby grand piano that we were having rebuilt. We visited the piano in their workshop to resolve a question or two, and we met several of their craftsmen. Bill Eden supervised the delivery and setup of the piano at or home. Overall we think they did a terrific job and were very conscientious.

Description of Work: Removed old pwhite paint from a large carved Victorian dresser & mirror, then refinished to original color and polished intricate brass drawer pulls. They arrived when they said they would and kept me informed about the work as it progressed.

Description of Work: They refinished 2 dining room tables withe 2 leaves each and a bench. They were picked up when we wen on vacation and returned when we came home. They were very professional and both tables look great. I already have a few people who want to call them.

Description of Work: I requested a quote for my parents to have their table refinished. They called and I gave the information to him to contact and set up the time for the quote...he never called them. I sent another email inquiring about it and never got response.

William picked the pieces up and delivered them 2 weeks ahead of schedule.. they are BEAUTIFUL. William and his brother are so easy to work with , very professional , hi quality and i believe the price was very fair. I would and will suggest their company to friends and I will use them again. Description of Work: Oh.My.Word. I took in a tree-lawn rescued, water-damaged, electrical-taped occasional table and received a gorgeous piece in return. It looks like new, with a gorgeous re-veneered top, no signs of the previous wood separation. My only wish is that I had a "before" picture. We have several dining chairs that need some TLC and I know we'll be back. Truly a treasure.

Description of Work: Our breakfast room set is oak with cane-seat chairs. My children had wiggled and bounced in them over the years. The caning is held in place by a wood strip. I spoke to the owner (he works with his son) and he said they could do it. He asked where I lived and he said if I had called earlier his son could have picked them up as he had a delivery in my community. I said "No problem", we took them to the shop. His son was there with him and instead of watching us, he helped to carry the 2 chairs into the shop. He said it would be about a week and then he called in a week and said they were ready. I had them repaired before (remember those kids?) and it cost $90 a chair. That was at least 12-15 years ago. Eden charged $50 a chair. As luck would have it, a dining room chair loosened at Thanksgiving. They have that chair now. They are courteous, prompt, and reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
