It was really good. They started in June and they finished it in August. It took 90 days. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they ordered some stuff and they did have to reorder. They were really professional. They did a good job. They reordered our cabinets and stuff. They had to reorder some new cabinets because the manufacturer messed up the measurement on it. That was the only thing we were disappointed with. Other than that, they did a great job on our kitchen.

I've recommended them to my friends. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I thought they did an excellent job. It's like they weren't even there. Also good pricing.

It went well both times. The glass-block install was one gentleman. He explained the entire project to me and got right to work. He worked nonstop most of the day and cleaned the area as he went. We were very pleased with the work and still marvel at how clean and modern our home looks with the glass-block basement windows. The second time we hired them was to replace original windows throughout our home. The proposal was a decent price, but not the cheapest overall; however, we had such a good experience the first time, we decided to go with them again. The install took two days with two workers. Overall, we were fairly pleased with the work. There were a few minor annoyances, but we didn't bother to call. All things we decided we could live with. The issue has come after the fact. I called several times to get a pane of glass replaced and some seals looked at following the polar vortex in 2015. After my initial contact, someone called me back months later. I was traveling and didn't follow-up until this past spring. Same situation. This time the woman asked me to send a pic of the warranty sticker. I did, but no one ever called. I think of it periodically and just need to push the issue. I'll admit, I am just as guilty for not pursuing the matter more aggressively.

Cleveland Glass Block has completed several jobs for us. Some jobs were very technical and required skills that the "average" glass block installer simply does not have. Other jobs were more routine. Pricing for both types of work were reasonable and their installers left the job site cleaner than when they found it. I will continue to use Cleveland Glass Block for both large/difficult and small/simple jobs.

Jeff the estimator was very professional and provided a fair price for the work. He knew he was registered with the city - that was a plus. And, when Stas came over to do the work, he was super friendly and tidied up the interior and exterior afterward as if no work was done. My new Windows look beautiful.

They took good care of me. They even came back when they ran out of time to finish the job and did some extra painting. They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable. They are very accommodating and personable. They helped me make sure the work would match the rest of the condominiums in the area. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. We had no problems getting the quote scheduled quickly. The representative arrived right on time. He took measurements and explained the options and offered to answer any questions. We called about 5 days later to book the service and were able to get an appointment within 10 days. Someone called to confirm service the day before ... it was scheduled to begin between 8:30 and 9:30 am. The morning of the installation, someone called around 9:15 to say that they were running behind and that they'd be out between 9:30 and 10:30. He ended up arriving at 10:50, which was a good bit later than we were originally expecting. He did apologize several times, though - both when he arrived and just before he left. He asked if he should wear protective booties over his shoes, which we appreciated. However, he was in and out of the house many times that day and didn't consistently remember to put them back on each time. We explained that our elderly dog was afraid of loud noises and asked if he could warn us when the noise was going to start so we could put her outside. He was very good about doing this, and even told us when he was done making noise so we could bring her back in. There was just one person installing, and it took him about 3.5 hours, which was a little quicker than we had been told (4 hrs). He did a great job cleaning up after he was done - there was no evidence inside or outside of work having been done. Before he left, he warned us to leave the vents closed until the next day to allow time for everything to set properly. The windows look great and we feel much safer having glass block. This was our first time using this company, and we were pleased ... we plan to have them do a quote in the future for a shower enclosure.
