They did a nice job of cleaning the carpets. The house was empty, so they did not have to do much; there was no furniture in the way. I don?t even think I was here in the house; I just let them in and they cleaned the carpets and left. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

The experience was outstanding. I liked their punctuality, their professionalism of the job and the workers.

First technician called 3 times and showed up between 1 and 2 hours early. Rushed through the job. I pointed out that there was a spot he hadn't gotten. He said his wand would not reach it (behind a door). He only cleaned the front and cushions on the couch - forgot the back. I called company - they sent another team out a week later. The job was done correctly the second time. And their wand did reach the spot the first technician could not reach.

They are excellent. Their price is reasonable. They clean the carpets really well. They are very pleasant and very professional. I would continue to use them in the future.

We had recently finished our basement and were looking for a company that could clean the air ducts and also the dryer vent, because we were concerned that the drywall dust would have accumulated in the vents. Two gentlemen came from the company, explained the procedure and finished up the work in a couple hours. We are satisfied with the work completed.

The price was really reasonable and I thought they were very professional. My steps were really bad but they really worked at it and they were determined to get them clean. They were really nice guys and they were very accommodating and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

It was a very positive experience. The technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked very efficiently and worked around my baby and myself very well.

From booking the appointment to working with the two-man crew to get the work done, everything was easy and pleasant. The guys worked so hard and their efforts showed. Our light-colored, much-stained carpets looked new, and our furniture looked and smelled fantastic after much abuse by pets and kids. I would call them again and recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful service from the very beginning of the agent coming to my home to talk what was needed, to the actual service performed by the technician, to the good follow-up to check my satisfaction. We have had other service before similar to this bu not near the quality and satisfaction. A great job!

The service technician came in at 9:00 AM, helped me move my furniture out of the way, and began cleaning the rooms from the back of the house. Once all rooms had been cleaned, he treated each room with scotch guard. I paid him and he left.

Scheduled a time that worked so I coulld have someone at the house. they called and wanted to move it up on the day of service. I had to rearrange on my end so they could end their day early. Stains on carpet look slightly better, but not removed. They called during service and interrupted me at work to sell me more services that I had already declined when I scheduled service. All in all, didn't cost a lot, but may need to call another company to actually get the stains out and they were high maintenance to deal with. Wouldn't use them again.

we had contacted teasdale over the phone, exact price was given. price to add teflon was given to us. when the 2 person team arrived, they were professional, got the job done, and were done in approx 1 hour. My husband had sliders under the couches to make it easier.

I called on Monday and had an appointment for the next day. They were ahead of schedule. They were very professional and nice and went right to work. The procedure took about 2 hours. I was very pleased with the results!

Awful! The rugs were not cleaned to my satisfaction. In addition, there are new stains that were not there previously. I asked about this and was told that it probably was a result of the carpet pad bleeding through the rug. I asked about other stains that were new and was told it was ground in dirt. I have used other carpet cleaning companies and I have never heard any "excuses" before. This was the first and will be the last time I employ this company.They issued me a refund but the damage was done. My rug, especially in one room, did not dry thoroughly for days! I was told to use fans, which I had to buy as my party was the next day.In the past, two days after getting my rug cleaned it would be dry. Even with the fans, my rug in my dining room didn't dry thoroughly for almost 4 days. Needless to say, my party was moved to my kitchen area! I could go on but there is no need as I do not recommend this company. The whole experience was very very bad!

We have had our microfiber couch for over 3 years, and with children and dogs, the couches were extremely dirty. Yesterday, after my 3 yr. old threw up on the couch, we decided it was finally time to have it cleaned. They got me an appointment right away (the next day). Josh was the tech, and he was wonderful. He made sure that we knew the cleaning code for the furniture, in order to protect it from further damage. Thank goodness he knew what he was doing!! Josh was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire time. He gave me a lot of great advice. I will definitely use again!!! It looks amazing, we can't believe how clean he got it!!! Love it!!!!!

They told me they were going to come and clean the carpets and they have not yet called to do that. This far out I'm guessing they are hoping I forgot. I'm not pleased that I paid in full and they have not rendered all of the services. I really liked that they responded quickly. I called at 6:45am and they had someone both who could answer the call and then get someone out to my house within an hour and a half to prevent further damage. I liked that they had someone on call around the clock, but I don't like they haven't completed all the services. Although the insurance company was not involved, it seemed that they documented very well for customers who would need to file with the insurance. They were very knowledgeable about what all would be needed for insurance claims and provided all of that.

I took the day off to be available for the both services. The duct work crew called at 8:10 to inform me that they were going to be delayed and explained why (compressor parts needed) - they apoligized for the delay and asked if arrival at 9:15 would be an issue (it wasn't an issue). While I was on the phone I explained that I had a dog and needed to understand the process so that I could maneauver my dog out of their way during the process. Chris was very friendly and outlined the logistics before they arrived so that I could take care of the dog issues. Chris and Bill arrived at 9:20 and finished up the 1,5 hours later. Before they began, Chris walked down to the furnace and explained the process would involve "cutting" into the duct work and "repatching" it when complete. They were courteous and thorough. Later that afternoon, the carpet crew called to tell me they were on their way. Same converstation regarding logistics and the dog. Same friendly and courteous explanation. Sean and Josh were the carpet crew. I had moved alot of stuff into the kitchen to allow them easier access to concentrate on the carpets. I have builders grade carpet in my home which has withstood several dogs and two teenage boys. The wear and tear was quite obvious. Josh concentrated on the problem areas and did an exceptional job with the filthy stairs and the boys room. I certainly can't expect steam cleaning to get paint and who knows what else out of the boys room but the rest of the house looked great. I had 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, family room, stairs and a wrap around hallway cleaned. Still drying in spots but can't wait to run barefoot through the house!!!

It went very well. There were 2 workers and the work was completed quickly and professionally. They did so well on this task we plan to use them to clean our home's airducts.
