Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bedrooms. Price quoted was much less than what was charged. They tried to charge over $500. We paid more for "special services" because they said they were necessary and would provide a better result. The result was poor and the fact that they advertise a deal and the charge more onsite (for less rooms) was disappointing. Will not use again.

Description of Work: Prompt in retuning my call and scheduling the service. Technician called before they arrived to confirm. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they didn't provide the plastic to go under the furniture until I asked about it.

Description of Work: Actual carpet cleaning service was satisfactory but the charges were not as quoted. I called the office twice and explained. (I was not charged what I paid to Angie's List. It was only a $10.overcharge, but definitely their error) On the last call I was told that the supervisor would return my call because she could not make the change. That never happened.Because of this, I would not use or recommend Teasdale Fenton.

Description of Work: The gentleman who performed the cleaning showed up a little early, which I appreciated. He was professionally dressed, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made sure when he was finished I was a happy customer and there weren't any areas of concern left. They did a wonderful job and I would use them again.

Any other carpet cleaning advertized price was the actual price, Told them I already paid $89 thru you and paypal but they collected $108 anyway. They weren't happy when they had to send my money back, the $89 not the $108. You stated the price was $89, bad business practice for my 1st Angie experience. | |

Description of Work: They did a good job and explained everything really well. This big deal was a great value! Usually big deals are already paid in full so I was surprised about tax and environmental fee being collected at time of service and thought they should have mentioned that at time of scheduling.

Description of Work: I was a little disappointed that they didn't get all the stains out. The guy didn't move many pieces and was also unable to get under the beds with his equipment. I've paid more with other places, but felt like I got a more thorough cleaning done. Not overly impressed.

Description of Work: We got this as an Angies Deal. I was not present. Wife was home to meet and greet. Tech did a good job but was alone, she felt there should have been 2 peeps. Other than that the carpets looked good and he did not pressure sell any products or services that we didnt need or want which is a big PLUS in my book

Description of Work: They cleaned all the ducts, was substantially more expensive than originally anticipated because of all the extra ducts. Make sure you count the duct vents before you purchase to know the cost.
