Description of Work: cleaned out duct work. we had just done some remodeling and new furnace and air conditioner so he was kind enough to clean ducts from the crawl space to he would not go through the new painted walls or flooring. he was kind, polite and asked several times if there was anything else he could do for us.

Description of Work: The service person barely acknowledge me, I don't think he said two words. Didn't pretreat the stains, when I said something to him about the stains, he puled out a spray bottle and sprayed a few spots and moved on. I would not use again.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned our air ducts. First they explained the process and what to expect. They they set about completing the work. It only took about 1.5 hrs for the whole project. Very courteous and professional. | |I kind of hoped to see them gather and show me a bag of debris they removed from the ducts. (curiosity!) That's now how it works, all the debris ends up in their machines. They told me to be ready to change my air filter soon, and they were right. My air filter filled up with debris frequently for several months after the cleaning. They said this was because they loosened so much debris, and to expect our system to continue the cleaning process.
