Description of Work: Teasdale Fenton came in and performed the service very quickly and professionally. They offered additional service on the day of the carpet cleaning but did so in a way that was not at all pushy. He made recommendations and explained how those recommendations would improve the durability of the carpet. When we declined at this time, he didn't make us feel guilty like many businesses do. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts that had not been cleaned in 10+ yrs. Explained the work, and then got right to it. This was my first experience with a prepaid service through Angie's List. Everything worked out well. This procedure does create a bit of dust so vacuum and dust after.

Description of Work: I had the Living room, hall and steps and walkways in 2 bedroom cleaned. it took him less that 1/2 hour for all. When it dried it look like it had not been cleaned at all. Very disappointed. He was very nice and polite. Just lousy work.

Description of Work: We initially paid $79 for three rooms through an Angie's List deal. However, when the guy arrived he said the deal didn't include an environmental fee or a special enzyme that was "required" to get all the stains. By the time it was over, the price had more than doubled.

Description of Work: Had the carpets and tile floors cleaned. Also had 2 sofa's cleaned. Tile work was great. Furniture cleaning was great. I am so disappointed in carpet cleaning. The carpet looked clean for 4-5 days, then the spots came back and the carpet looks like it needs to be recleaned. Technician was professional, prompt and worked h****** this job- thought they should have sent another technician for this large job. Can't recommend this service provider.
