Description of Work: They steamcleaned the carpet throughout the entire house in preparation for new tenants arriving. They were able to remove stains in the carpet that we had thought were permanent. Great job, professional service, and competitive prices. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: The price was a few dollars more than quoted. Additionally, the technician broke the outside shutters covering the vent. He told my husband how and where to get the part to repair it. I found that to be ridiculous. After one call to the company they very professionally agreed to come out and repair it,,,,and they did without hesitation.

Description of Work: They cleaned a large living room, dining room, family room& 2 sets of stairs. For the special price I got on Angie's list of 199. It cost over $150 however to have them pre-treat and stain guard the same areas.

Description of Work: A mixed experience re: the 5-rms-for $99 (which ended up $235). Early stress as their office person said "Go ahead and order/pay on Angie's List, and I'll schedule it for 12-2 on Saturday." But on Sat. morning, they said "We have no record of you at 12-2 on Sat." Chaos! as other things were scheduled around that appt. Someone else finally re-scheduled it to Sat. Tony, who did the work, seemed like a hard worker. However, just as other reviewers have stated, the $99 quickly went to $235 as he said without the enzyme cleaner, the dirty traffic areas wouldn't really get as clean. He did about 7 "areas" (150 sq ft, as they define an "area") and they do look much cleaner. But I needed it done THAT DAY so I can move in--so did not have much choice, at that point. I was afraid the $99 deal would have left it dingy/uncleaned.
