Description of Work: These guys were great. This was an Angie's Deal that I took advantage of and then I ended up having to reschedule FOUR(!) times due to a DIY remodeling project that dragged on for a lot of different reasons. Each time they cheerfully helped me pick a new date and time and never once got impatient with me. The technician arrived when he said he would and just got right to it. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They removed our wool area rug and took it to their facility for cleaning. It was returned 2 weeks later, as promised, and they did a great job. It looks new again.

Description of Work: They did average quality job. but they did not inform me about the extra $15 for each vent, they said the package is for only 10 vent. after the job is done, they wanted the $15 PER VENT above the 10 vents. I was very surprised that they did not tell me before doing the job. They also tried to sell other products to me. In the end, they realized that it should have told before the job, not after the job and after 20mins of talking, they did not charge me the extra service charge. I think it was very unprofessional

Description of Work: Two young men came and they rocked. |We've been in our home 13 years and had never had the vent cleaned. |Apparently our dryer vent was run up and through a boxed area (without a vent going the whole way). The exit from this area had become plugged. |These gentlemen worked and worked until they got it completely cleaned. |We now have Teasdale Fenton scheduled to come annually! Highly recommended!!!

Description of Work: Josh & Eric arrived on time. They showed me how they were going to clean my vents, and then proceeded to do it. It took them approximately 1.5 hours to complete the work. They then packed their equipment and went on to their next job. I was very pleased with the results of their efforts.

Description of Work: I had my air ducts cleaned and dryer vent cleaned. I had more air ducts than I realized (counting air returns), which resulted in an additional, unexpected cost. Had I realized this sooner, I could have purchased a different option that might have saved me money (my bad!). The technician was very courteous and helpful, and I think the work done was very good. Also, the technician was late, but communicated with me ahead of time to let me know that he was going to be late.
