Larry Waddell was totally professional. He arrived on time, explained the process he would be using to restore our basement to a usable condition. Performed the work quickly and completed the work on schedule. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and proficient. I spoke to our insurance company adjuster later they were pleased with Mr. Waddell's damage report and photos. They commented on the professionalism of the report that was submitted to them. The insurance company stated the pricing was in line.
Description of Work: Removed all wet and soaked material including our carpet, from our flooded basement and hauled it away. They also and set up equipment, dehumidifiers and heaters to dry the basement. They deodorized as required to prevent mold and odors.

THEY WERE GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
Description of Work: CANDLE CAUGHT DRAPES ON FIRE. FIREMAN HOSED DOWN LIVING ROOM WHICH CREATED THE WATER DAMAGE. THEY CLEANED UP WATER DAMAGE, CLEANED CARPETS AND CLEANED SMOKE ODOR OUT OF HOUSE.
