I was extremely happy with everything. It took one quick phone call to set up and they were out the same day. Blake and Joe explained the whole process to me and were very professional and knowledgeable. It took only half an hour to complete the job (I was very surprised by this!) and they walked me through proper care and safety measures afterward. This was a wonderful experience all around.

I had a rock hit my windshield while I was driving into work, so I called around to check prices. J Royce was by far the cheapest I found, and they could get me in that day! A few hours later, they called to let me know they were pulling up, and I met them to give them my keys. 30 minutes later, they called to tell me they were finished. All I had to do was run back out to take care of some quick paperwork. They told me I had a lifetime warranty on the windshield that covered any sort of leaks, and that if I got hit by a rock again, they would give me a free repair within the first year. I was thrilled! The guys were really nice, professional, and quick. The whole experience was great. I've never had to replace a windshield before, but if I ever do again, I will definitely call them back and recommend them to my friends.
