The service tech Steven Schott was pleasant, intelligent, and got the work done quickly. He saved our drywall around our bathroom fan by replacing the problem parts rather than the whole fan. On the large light in the basement, he replaced the ballast part of the light and put in new long lights so we can see our laundry area better than we ever could before. We were worried there was something wrong with the wiring in the dining room, but he let us know we just needed new switches! We felt that he was honest and knew what he was doing and we would hire this company and request him again should we need electric work in the future!

This was an Angie's List Big Deal. The electrician got all of our work done within an hour so there were no extra charges. He was prompt and did excellent work.

Shawn was very friendly and efficient. I had purchased a coupon for an hour's worth of labor at a discount price and he manged to get everything done in an hour's time. This included figuring out why the new lightswitch as well as my garbage disposal and 1 outlet in my living room did not work and was tripping a breaker in my electrical box. He finally figured out it was an old 3-outlet extender I was using in the outlet that stopped working in my living room. He removed that and solved the problem....all in an hour's time so there were no additional charges.

Sam did a fantastic job. He was courteous and professional. He gave me an approximate estimate on other things I might want to fix around the house.

The work was quick and expertly completed.

This was the 2nd time he has been here; he arrived on time and went right to work. He did a great a job and was very professional and pleasant. He also noticed while he was here that my door bell; wasn't working and threw that in for me as well. I think fixing that was his favorite job while he was here. I will be calling them again!

We took advantage of Craftsman Electric $69 service call special. We were having trouble with the GFI tripping and shutting off electric to the refrigerator. Shawn analyzed the situation and suggested a couple of remedies. The best course of action was to re-connect the outlet to have it "hot" at all times. Shawn was very knowledgeable and professional, and also provided additional information on a couple of other projects we're considering.

Sam was wonderful. Arrived three minutes early and was helpful and professional. Explained what he was doing in easy to understand terms and worked very efficiently. Got both problems addressed in the same visit and consulted about future project questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone. What a wonderful experience for my first angie's list vendor. I have had many visits from prior contractors and technicians that did not come even close to the friendly and efficient Sam from Craftsman Electric.

Craftsman Electric was great to work with! I initially called them to see if they could do all of the work. They were able to answer my questions well over the phone. The electrician showed up on showed up on time, was professional and good to work with. He did all of the work we needed and had a little extra time to install a light too. I would recommend Craftsman Electric and would use them again for future projects.

Shawn arrived right on time and was quick, efficient, professional and competent. He replaced three outdoor light fixtures wit new ones. I am having him return in a few weeks to switch out some old switch boxes. Great experience.

went great! serviceman was very nice and punctual. he had told me that the service would take no time at all and was there anything else that he could do for us? I told unfortunately I didn't have anything at this time, but thanked him for his honesty.

They were excellent, they answer the phone promptly and the technician that came out knew exactly what he was doing.

I made the call and someone came out later that same day, due to a cancellation in their schedule which was terrific. Steven removed a continuous "on" fluorescent light fixture that was water-damaged due to the arching of water when a water line developed two holes. The fixture had burned a bit and was dangerous. He encouraged me to purchase the big deal for $69 for one hour of labor/service call to save money, which I quickly did. He replaced the damaged fixture with a regular pull-chain light socket, which is great. It took a little less than an hour, so then he looked at my outdoor lamp post to do some triage on it. His diagnosis will require someone to come out and replace the photocell, but I least I now understand why it's not working. What was really great is that all contact with Steven and the Craftsman office were top-rate. They resolved the issue quickly- same day- , helped me to save some money with the Big Deal and I received more helpful information about another issue- my outdoor lamp post. If I had needed to schedule an emergency call with almost any Electrical company, it would have cost several hundred dollars, So, this was a fantastic outcome.

Curtis arrived at the specified time & was very courteous, knowledgeable & very patient in answering my questions while he worked. I will surely use this provider in the future. And their rate/hour is of great value.

Well, I can't say enough good things about the service which was provided by the electrician Shawn Cromin. He arrived right on time at 7:30AM. He was very knowledgeable, neat, and professional. He went right to work on installing my surge protector (goodbye Duke Energy StrikeStop!). I was able to watch and in learn and he answered all my questions as he worked. This job went smoothly and as soon as it was finished, he moved on to my 3-way switch at top of stairs which I had messed up when I changed the switch out a while back. In 15 minutes, he had that issue fixed. Then, I had him to install a light fixture in my basement where I had the box installed. All this was done in a hour! Super nice guy with great manners and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. I wish all service work went like this one. I recommend Shawn highly and also the company he works for Craftsman Electric!

Both electricians were prompt and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and took the time to clean up afterwards and return furniture, rugs, etc. to appropriate places.

Shawn was great and very professional! I showed him several electrical outlets and overhead light strips that were not working. I had contracted with him for 1 hour. He selected several things he could accomplish within that time. He diagnosed some of the problems and fixed one overhead strip and several outlets, and he found a breaker that was not working. He took it with him and said he would get me another one. I have already I scheduled him to come back and do more work. I highly recommend him.

On time, professional, up front and honest about estimated time and pricing. It couldn't have been an easier process.
