It went really well. Steve fixed all my issues in under an hour and he educated me in some simple steps I could take to troubleshoot in the future. It was a very good experience.

The tech was prompt. The switch I had purchased had a problem so he couldn't install it. He didn't have one in the truck, but labeled the wires so I could finish the job once I had purchased a replacement switch. My wife said the tech was friendly and courteous. I will likely hire the next time.

Went extremely well! The work took exactly how long they estimated. The technicians were very personable, cleaned up everything when completed. Technician were Curtis D & Steven S- they were outstanding!

Did not do it since they could not provide service for TEN DAYS. It is a good thing we had not had an electrical fire as we would have been living in the dark and cold for a week and a half waiting for them to show up. (Do I sound sarcastic??) Found ANOTHER electrician on Angie's List who is providing same day service.

First technician was not familiar and spent about 1 - 2 hours and nothing was working. The second appointment there were 2 technicians that came. 1. We were not informed the job will require 2 persons labor in advance 2. We repeatedly asked the technician what the charges will be and he never did inform us. He did not tell us that we will be charged for 2 persons labor. Referred us to the office. 3. We were not given an estimate as is required. 4. After the second appointment one of our phones still does not work.

He not only did that, but I thought he did a superb job of educating us on buying bulb, not just for that light fixtures in our kitchen and some over head things and you know today why when we go to the store and stand before the light bulb aisle we have to make up our mind and usually in the bulb store there is absolutely no one that knows anything about it either. I mean I am not criticizing them, I just saying that is a challenge. I just thought that this person did a great job and I have told others about how great they are. I would absolutely use them again.

Very well. Shawn C. arrived promptly at 12, the beginning of the 12 to 2 PM window. He quickly diagnosed that one of the plugs had a spark and fixed it. Since my house was built in 1969, it has aluminum wiring. He replaced the wiring going into the plug with cooper wiring and used a special connector to the aluminum house wiring. He also fixed the switch of the deck light which had not worked for years. Some have advocated completely rewiring houses which were wired with aluminum. He pointed out that wiring the plugs with cooper wiring connected to the aluminum wiring would be much less expensive and would still be safer than plugs with aluminum wiring. He offered to have someone come out and do an estimate but was not at all pushy about it. I am very happy.

It was right away. It wasn't very long. He came right away. He did a good job. He wasn't here that long. He was very cordial, very clean and a good guy.

Sean (Shawn) did a great job while offering advice on the types of bulbs to use in the old and new lights. He also answered other questions that I had.

The outside lighting was not working. Shawn determined that the GFI switches were bad. He replaced them with waterproof GFIs. He also quoted ceiling fans and additional lighting that I will have them do at a later date. Shawn was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

Great! Very professional and efficient.
