Description of Work: They repaired a motion detector flood light. Replace foyer chandler. Loved the services very professional, clean. Was disappointed in the timeliness. 2 technicians were needed to replace they foyer chandler, the first technician was due to arrive at 8:30 am to Dx and repair flood light he arrived at 9:10 the flood light was working within 35 mins. The 2nd technician was due to arrive at 9:30 to help with the chandler and he arrived at 10:15. I was NOT charged for the idle time of the first technician. The other item that was a disappointment is the technicians had to go rent a 14 ft step ladder to remove and hang the chandler for which I was charged 30 mins of labor. I was not informed that the technician would need to rent the ladder nor was I told I would be charged 30 mins labor for renting the ladder. I would expect that a company that provides this type of standard service would not have normally accepted tools to provide the service. Over all I would recommend CRAFTSMAN ELECTRIC INC but make sure that you inquire first if they have all necessary tools to complete the job.

Description of Work: Josh was great to work with. He provided me with a quote and found that in doing the actual work I ended up paying a bit less than was quoted. Craftsman is very fair and professional and I will only contact this company for my electrical repairs.

Description of Work: I bought a special "Angie's List deal" for an hour of eletrical work. I was scheduled rather quickly for a meeting. We were having some renovations completed on the house and my husband and I showed them what we wanted to have done; some of which we thought might need to have our electric box updated. They confirmed that the box needed updating. Since we already had a replacement box and they would be in the house for a couple days doing the other work, they said they could include the upgrade at minimal cost. We decided to go forward with the work. | |These gentlemen were extremely professional, well mannered and meticulous with their work. The only advisory is to schedule them as soon as you can, as they are in high demand and we had to wait some time for them to come back for the second phase of our project. Well worth the wait! | |In the end, they rewired/replaced our electrical box/panel, upgraded fuses that had apparently never been addressed by previous owners, installed ceiling and wall light fixtures, wall switches, wall outlets, bathroom fans, bathroom fan/heater and moved some existing light fixtures to different locations. We supplied all of lights, fans, and one set of switches; they brought in all other supplies. They also had the county come through to inspect all of the work and the new box/panel for approvals. | |The scheduler on the phone (jessica) told me I could actually save more money by using my Angie's List member discount than use the hour I had previously purchased, due to the large amount of work we had done. Since, we still have some other house projects pending, we are pleased to have an hour of time to reschedule them. | |They did great work and completed it extremely quickly. They were very good about keeping us updated on the progress of each project. Each employee we interacted with knew their craft and took great pride in their finished product. My husband still mentions how much he likes the company when he switches on the new lights in the bathrooms.

He was very professional and gave good advice on other electrical work that I was thinking to get done later. I would definitely recommend Craftsman Electric and seek their services in the furture as well.
