Description of Work: Repaired/re-attached the electrical wire that became detached from the house. The wire became detached from the house due to a broken bracket and was laying in the front yard and on the side walk to the right of my house. Because it problem was on my property, Duke Energy was not responsible for the repair. I purchased the Angie's List Deal which made the repair was affordable for me.

Description of Work: Excellent result. The engineer was right on time, and quickly determined what was wrong. He fixed the problem, and even found and fixed a second issue of which I was unaware. He gave me a good explanation of what was wrong and how it was corrected as well. Top notch visit. I'd use this company again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Shawn from Craftsman came to my home and worked on a ceiling in my living room so I can use the wall switch to operate. He took down the fan, rewired and reinstalled it. He also replaced a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Shawn was punctual, professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would rehire Craftsman and request Shawn for service.
